I know that sometimes issues come up that go beyond standard procedures, but the team here handled everything with genuine human kindness and compassion. You can't teach that. The manager and staff were incredibly understanding and helpful, and my issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I'm truly grateful for the care and respect I was shown. Thank you for continuing to provide quality service with genuine care.

Not good looking. 2 stars? Dang. Maybe the website is ok. Nope. Special offers is in the way to look. Click x to close only opens something bigger in the way. Contemplating if I should attempt to endure stupid to save a few bucks or just go ahead and pay a bit more elsewhere. Remembering previous bad experiences here, elsewhere it is.

Worst customer service I've ever had from this location. I bought a brand new TV today, opened it up and plugged it in and the TV was smashed. I brought it back to exchange it for a new one and the manager told me TV screen cracks aren't covered in returns. I thought she was joking, they literally gave me a number to call an automated customer service number. This manager was awful and did nothing to satisfy the customer. She needs to be fired!

The geek squad totally ripped me off. They sold me the insurance to cover repairs then they wanted to charge me an extra $500 bucks to replace a graphics card. So I asked if I could cancel the insurance which cost me $198 and they said sure but we will only refund $88 which means they charged me $112 for a diagnostic of my PC and then handed me my PC back all torn apart unbelievable I'm disputing this charge with the credit card company as we speak!

I have to say, seems to be a smooth transaction every time. Once you place an order online, go there Click on the email link to tell them You're there. Give them your parking spot number and they come right out. I think. the trick is going there after. 7:00 PM at night during a weekday.. Staff all these things happy enough and the order seems to go through relatively quickly when you're doing it online No complaints from me.

First two letters of the email we are supposed to retrieve/verify purchase...verse the first two letters of my wife's actual email.

The friggin' employee's, on 8/17/25 we purchased Microsoft 365. The dumg-@$$ sales kid was messing around with two other sales people...one whom was off the clock the other still on the clock working. We had to repeat the e-mail and phone number a few times. Little did we know this kid screwed everything up. My wife never got the purchase notification. Fortunately I requested a copy of the receipt (duplicate). I have attempted to download our Microsoft 365, but, the confirmation message with the 6 digit confirmation numbers goes to whatever email he'd typed it which is not my wife's e-mail. When we went back to fix the mess created by their childish sales putz. We were referred to a manager, she was seriously less concerned with correcting the situation than the Dept. Staffers.

Tuesday: Laptop went black. Work IT spent an hour trying everything but no luck. Two huge filing…read moredeadlines next week. I was screwed. Deviceland was the only authorized Apple servicer that could see me that day. Dropped off the laptop. Went home angry at the world. Wednesday: Got a call from Sohail, the lead tech. He said that the part (a display card) had been ordered but he was unsure when it would arrive because the delivery service was showing only that the label had been created. He confirmed that he was able to back up my files. The following two things he did is why I am so happy: (1) Sohail carefully explained to me - a Luddite - what was damaged and what a replacement part could do to my laptop and (2) if I wanted to keep working on the two documents, he could loan me an external hard drive until my laptop was repaired. Thursday: Picked up the loaner external hard drive. Sohail did not charge me for it. Friday: Got my laptop back before lunch. It's working well! From now on, if I have any issues with any Apple product, I'm taking it to Sohail at Deviceland. No more waiting in line to see which blue T-shirt Apple genius at the Apple Store will help me. Thank you, Sohail!

Unfortunately, my experience with this repair center was far below expectations. My laptop only…read moreneeded a simple keycap replacement. While a few keys were replaced, one key that should have been addressed was completely missed, and two of the installed keycaps were improperly fitted, they weren't seated correctly. When I contacted the technician who performed the service, they dismissed the poorly installed keys as "fine to use" and insisted I trust their years of experience. They also told me to wait for a full keyboard replacement part that hadn't even been confirmed by the manufacturer/Apple. I explained that, regardless of any future replacement, the keys needed to be properly installed now so I could comfortably use my device. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the technician talked over me and continued to rely on their experience as an excuse, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. We eventually agreed, after I rearranged my own schedule, to have the technician return the next business day (this was a home-visit service) to correct their mistakes. Conveniently, they then reported a medical issue and canceled, saying they wouldn't be available until the following week, which also happened to be when they expected to hear back about the unconfirmed keyboard part. Ultimately, I had to contact Apple directly, which turned out to be the better option. Still, this repair center wasted my time and energy with misinformation, incomplete and poorly executed repairs, and an unwillingness to take responsibility. They expected me to wait on their timeline, blamed manufacturer policies and communications, and tried to steer the situation to their own convenience, all while I was left without a properly functioning computer. I do not recommend this repair center for any type of repair. You're better off dealing directly with the manufacturer or finding another service provider.
