We set a time and his colleague came EARLY (imagine that) and was polite. He asked if he should take his shoes off and he immediately went to work on the control panels. He had to hard reset the system and test it out. He explained to me how to arm, disarm, and reset. He also explained a few things that I had no idea about. He gave me a battery that I'd need to buy to replace the sensor batteries in the future. Being a relatively new homeowner in the South Bay, I've had my fair share of both good and bad service providers. CRISP is by far one of the more thorough, professional, quick, and honest ones. If I ever consider a smart home security device, I'll definitely go back to them

The TV ended up slightly crooked, the mount wasn't positioned at the ideal viewing angle despite our earlier discussion, and the cables were left exposed instead of being neatly concealed as we had expected. There was little effort to ensure everything looked clean or professionally finished. To make matters worse, the technician hurried through the job and left without properly explaining the setup or checking that everything was working correctly. We had to spend additional time adjusting the TV ourselves and eventually hire another installer to fix several issues.
