I called Dennis after another company missed 2 appointments wasting 2 weeks of time getting my 75" Sony X900F TV mounted on the wall. Luckily I called the right person the 2nd time! When I first called Dennis, I asked if the type of Mount would work for where the TV was to be mounted and texted him pictures of the mount and the area as well. He immediately researched it and suggested a different mount from Costco that he said if he didn't end up using he would buy it from me! If you have ever gone to the returns line at Costco you know how long that can take! He showed up on time and wore booties for his shoes not to mark the wood floor, keeping with his meticulous style and overall attention to a clean environment. He carefully measured the area and vacuumed right where he was drilling to avoid particles getting everywhere, a nice touch. We ended up using the Costco articulating full mount as it suited the wall favorably and it was excellent advice, he even ended up buying the other mount I had just bought from wayfair, saving me unneeded shipping fees! The only thing is he did need my help to lift the TV as it is heavy and long, so if you can't do that, let him know and he can bring another person (only applies to large tv's) I would give the guy 6 stars if I could! read more

Dennis came to our home to install Sonos speakers in-ceiling + amp. He was very professional and courteous. He installed the in-ceiling speakers perfectly! They are centered well and work perfectly. He showed me how to adjust settings on my phone for the system as well. He used a vacuum while cutting holes in the ceiling to minimize dust/debris and then vacuumed the surrounding area after! I'm pretty handy on matters of household repairs/upgrades, but when it came to mounting an 80lbs 65" TV, I thought it was best I leave it up to a professional. And I was correct. On a wall where I could not make heads or tails of where the studs were located, Dennis new his stuff and was able to differentiate studs from other non-essential framing wood. He new the perfect mount to use (which was way better than the one I had lying around) which gave me (and continues to give me) full access to the back of the TV as I change and adjust my cabling. He had no hesitations to crawling around in the attic and squeezing through the crawl space under my house to reroute all my previous cabling (security cameras, outdoor speakers, cat6 internet cables, etc) to reach the new location of the TV being installed. One tip: Be ready for Dennis to start right away after he arrives. Have all your cables and plugs, etc., unplugged and labeled (if you need them to be). He's moves pretty fast. read more
