The Shade Store was so unhelpful and unresponsive, so I started reaching out to places on Yelp. Precision Window Treatments responded very quickly and had the motor I needed in stock (and if I wanted the newer one, they would have still gotten it quickly). I had an appointment scheduled with a clear quote. Everything was SO quick, easy and efficient. They arrived today (side note, was a complete gentleman and brought in packages that were on my porch) and got right to work. He actually had the motor replaced within minutes, made sure everything worked, programmed it to my remote and even ensured that it was recognizing it and working on my app before leaving. Honestly, can't thank you enough. So easy to deal with and super quick, efficient and helpful. Will definitely work with them again when we do more shades in the house (or if another breaks).

We went through everything thoroughly indicating which windows needed to be motorized, valence types, and color. A week or so later, I had to reach out regarding installation as I was told installation would be within a week and had not heard back. He updated me saying he would check on it and got back to me stating the color I wanted was not available (not sure why this wasn't indicated sooner since installation should have already taken place.) I reluctantly chose another color and waited. Aaron and his staff installed the shades about a week later. Upon completion, I noted that no motorized shades were installed as requested and the options we had chosen were not correct on a few windows. I contacted him and we decided to just forego them as I was pregnant and in a time crunch. A few months later, the shades started fraying, so I contacted Aaron, and it all went downhill from There. Not only did the communication and responsiveness break down after he was paid, but he deliberately ignored me for months at a time and made many false representations. We set a time and his colleague came EARLY (imagine that) and was polite. He asked if he should take his shoes off and he immediately went to work on the control panels. He had to hard reset the system and test it out. He explained to me how to arm, disarm, and reset. He also explained a few things that I had no idea about. He gave me a battery that I'd need to buy to replace the sensor batteries in the future. Being a relatively new homeowner in the South Bay, I've had my fair share of both good and bad service providers. CRISP is by far one of the more thorough, professional, quick, and honest ones.
