SO thankful I found them! We bought motorized shades from The Shade Store (which I highly advise against - they are THE WORST with service) and one of our windows recently stopped working and needed the motor replaced. The Shade Store was so unhelpful and unresponsive, so I started reaching out to places on Yelp. Precision Window Treatments responded very quickly and had the motor I needed in stock (and if I wanted the newer one, they would have still gotten it quickly). I had an appointment scheduled with a clear quote. Everything was SO quick, easy and efficient. They arrived today (side note, was a complete gentleman and brought in packages that were on my porch) and got right to work. He actually had the motor replaced within minutes, made sure everything worked, programmed it to my remote and even ensured that it was recognizing it and working on my app before leaving. Honestly, can't thank you enough. So easy to deal with and super quick, efficient and helpful. Excellence personified and flawless from beginning to end! Brittany, who I messaged to set up the job, is conscientious and great with communication. Within one day after I first contacted her, Tim and Joe were at my house to replace the motors in several shades. Tim is friendly, competent and also excellent at communication. They put down moving blankets to protect my floor and built scaffolding to reach the blinds in my living room with 20" ceilings. They had all the equipment and parts needed for the work on their truck, which has not been the case with other contractors. They completed the entire job in two hours start to finish and even programmed two remotes for me. I couldn't be happier with the perfect results and would not hesitate to hire them again. I'll be going to them for my window treatments needs from now on. Tim came to fix the motor of our drapes. He was quick, efficient, and clear/straightforward about his pricing and estimates.
