Yitz installed security cameras at my house and I've had many problems working with him. He's unreliable and has poor integrity. I would never work with him again. The project took way longer than it was supposed to, but I would've been okay with that had he honored his warranty and stood by his work. He offered his own warranty in addition to what consumers are legally entitled to by the CSLB. When my cameras went offline, he had me spend hours and hours with the manufacturer tech support before he was willing to even consider looking at them. It took months to get him to come back to my house to get the cameras back online. Before he came over, he argued with me on the phone wanting me to agree in advance to pay more money, even though they went offline within one year and are covered under both warranties. He tried to negate what the warranties covered and even the wording in his own contract. He finally came to get the cameras online but wanted me to agree to cap his visit at one hour and pay for any hours above that, regardless of the reason the cameras went offline. I said if they're not back online after the first hour we can talk about it, but let's at least see what he could do in that hour. When he came over, he spent ten minutes and got most of the cameras back online, but was very resistant to answering questions or explaining what he was doing or how to prevent them going offline in the future. He rushed out the door very quickly and wasn't willing to spend the full hour. I ran out to his car to tell him two cameras were still offline and the NVR was still offline but he left anyway. He said he would come back to fix the rest soon. It's been two months and he's been ghosting me. He won't respond to my calls or texts. I really liked Yitz initially, but he's broken my trust and I've given him way too many opportunities to fix the situation. I've had too much patience. Very disappointing. read more

I tried again a couple days later, this time someone actually talked to me, and said they would email me back with a quote. 4 days later I am still waiting. I have a pre-existing Control4 system that got glitchy and needed an upgrade. I had initially called another firm and got an estimate for the work to be done. I was told how the previous work was faulty and would require this and that, ultimately coming to a bill of well over $10,000. I was resigned to this not knowing better, however, the installer suddenly became ill and I was forced to look elsewhere. How fortunate for me! I found Yitz with Six Point Technology and immediately noted a difference in demeanor. He really spent time trying to find out my needs and when I asked about this and that, he said why they weren't needed. The point is, he doesn't go into "oversell" mode which is what we often see in this industry. I'm sure the other company would have done a fine job as well but ultimately at over four times the cost of what Yitz provided. Ultimately he upgraded my system as well as my home network and things are running smoothly. Ever find an auto mechanic that you trust implicitly both from a technical perspective as well as knowing that they will provide you with only services that you truly need? That's how I feel about Yitz and his firm. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing home networking automation as I did. Oh as an aside, I'm not a completely heartless ***hole. After troubleshooting, he determined the phone connection was the issue and referred me to the service provider. I tried to convince him to take payment for his time but he declined. I'm confident that any other company would have gladly accepted a fee for the service call so I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. Yitz, is very disappointing. I didn't want to use him but he was referred by a friend of ours. To be honest, he over charges black people he feels has money or may not be know about his line of work. Don't appreciate anyone taking advantage of my husband. One thing I despise is when you patronize a business, spend your money and get no response. We paid over $10k for some system set-up in our home. The job wasn't complete for a while but Yitz kept asking for money. When he finally came by all he was concerned about was picking up the remaining $5k, which the service was not worth the money and...he had a bad attitude. No matter if the client is not happy with the work, a business owners job is to ensure the customer is happy. When we call him to ask questions, he doesn't return our calls. We have to go through the person who works closely with him to relay a message. This is why it's best to work with a large company because they have a system to work with customers to address their matters. Unacceptable for Yitz to get his final check and not return our call. He still needs to service the system and answer any questions we have. I would not recommend using his service or business. We did not have a pleasant experience. He's the worst person we have ever dealt with in business in life! read more
