Luis was amazing. I literally came and he helped so quickly & got it done In 20 min. He had amazing prices to fix my iPhone 8plus and made sure it worked perfectly before walking out the door. He also helped with my phone case and gave me a good deal with two cases to what I like and worked for me. I've come here many times over the past 15 years and have never complained.... until now. Months ago I got my screen fixed when I got my phone back I noticed the screen wasn't completely on but, didn't see the immediate harm since the phone was working (should've taken it right back but I didn't). Then I went in to get my charging port fixed. I went in late before closing and I thank him for staying to fix my phone. What I didn't realize was he did a rush job. I should've known by how low my price was that something was off. Fast forward to today when I call to explain to him that my screen has completely lifted and my phone is stuck on the power screen. Before I could finish explaining he immediately got combative and told me "if you saw the screen was lifting in January you should've came back then, typically customers say that it wasn't fixed then drop it months later and blame me" something along those lines. I had every intention of taking my phone back to him so he could see if the mistake was on his end or mine. But after that conversation i decided to take my business elsewhere. The other repair shop opened my phone and opened a phone exactly like mine and pointed out all the screws I was missing, two brackets that should've been in my phone were left out. My camera was barely connected and it didn't have a piece that it should've had. If you're looking for a cheap quick fix he's your guy. If you want it done right just shop around a little more. I've seen how the owner typically replies very aggressive and combative to his yelp reviews and I honestly don't care what you have to say. read more

Worst experience ever I would not recommend this to anyone if you would like to get your things back working. My sister is a minor they took advantage of she broke her iPhone screen she brought it there to repair it they changed the screen but broke the phone in the process.when she brought her phone and it was working with a cracked screen and when she got it back the screen was black apparently they did something to the back light.they refused to take ownership we had to go get a second opinion to confirm that with they broke it . They kept giving us the runaround saying it's the owners call but he's not available it took forever for them to give the money back but after they took the screen back.Then they couldn't repair what they had Damaged now we have to do a $200 insurance claim that they refused to pay for. Please, do not take your phone here. This is located at the Boost Mobile store. I spoke with someone over the phone who gave me pricing and an estimated time of when my phone would be repaired. I went to the store, and left my phone. I called an hour after the estimated time of completion and was told they did not know when it would be done, someone had not shown up for work. This was at 3:30. At 5 I went to the store and continued to get the run around. I was told that they didn't know where in the process it was, did not know when it would be done and that it might not even be done as promised, today. I decided to cut my losses and asked for my phone to be returned. The person I spoke to in the morning came and said he had already started the repair I asked why was that not just communicated to me. He said he does not have time to communicate with customers. He said he knew he should not have agreed to fix my phone because I had asked too many questions when I brought the phone to him, basically that I am too smart. He gave my phone back to me, but he had lied, he had not started the repair, there were parts missing and the rim of the phone had been broken. So, in all, my phone was not fixed and they returned it with a crack in the body. 1) the staff was rude, they did not stick to their time frame and we're shifty after they had my phone. 2) My phone was returned damaged 3) the repair was not done 4) he said he did not care about online reviews, he has a million dollar house and a few bad reviews do not matter to his business read more
