I contacted my provider and because of the damage, they said an upgrade would cost me $850+ all the fees/taxes. The agent actually suggested trying to get it fixed, which I was unaware was possible. I called CIR and they said since the camera lenses were intact, it would be $110. Jose worked on it for me. When I went to pick it up, he explained to me how he fixed it. I showed up with a new case and he put it on for me. Jose is professional, thorough, and is a nice young man. Everyone I have spoken and worked with at CIR provides knowledgeable and courteous service. Thank you for saving me not only hundreds of dollars, but also my data that sometimes doesn't get backed up and under gets lost when upgrading to a new phone. My daughter's Galaxy S22 Ultra screen cracked inside her backpack, and she needed a replacement ASAP. Other places either tried to upsell us, couldn't give a straight answer about pricing or availability, or became pushy the moment we asked about the difference between original and aftermarket screens. One store even called me four times after I politely said I would look elsewhere. Edgar was the complete opposite. He answered every question with patience, honesty, and zero pressure. He didn't rush me, didn't try to upsell, and didn't call repeatedly after giving me a quote. He simply provided clear information and genuine customer service, something that's rare these days. I found this repair location on google with a different name (ESM cell phone repair). I was charged $41.60 to have my phone inspected to see what the problem was and get it repaired. I was told I would get a call in an hour or two after the technician checked my phone. After waiting over 3 hours, I called to get the status on my phone. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched. I guess this was an easy way to make money off people without providing any service. I advised to steer clear of this place unless you have money to give them just because. One would think they would at least refund the money for the wasted trip.

I would very much recommend you to visit blinks mobile. Their service is excellent, they have amazing prices/deals. Also their manage Alvina is a great help she always acts quickly to what you ask her and she is a great help and I love he slogan "there is plenty of fish in the sea but there is only one Alvina Marie" . Also the #1 thing I love about this blinks mobile is that you will always have a great laugh while getting what you need, either from Luis(blinks) or Alvina. You will always leave the shop with a smile in your face. Also their repairs are amazingly done quick and you will have no need to go back if something is wrong... Blinks mobile is amazing best phone store I've been to and have been going for a few years now . Every time something happens with a phone of mines or people i know Blinks is where it's at. Stopped by to see how much it would be to get my iPhone 5s screen fixed as well as my home button replaced. I got a great price way lower than the 3 other places I tried ANDDDD I was in and out in twenty minutes WITH MY PHONE.. most places want you to leave and come back. So happy!! My friend recommended I take my shattered iPhone 6 to get it repaid here and I had a great experience! I did take my phone late in the day so I had to wait overnight to pick it up, but it was worth it. When I went to pick it up the man working there hooked it up with a free phone case. He imported them from China and I love it! It's really slim, but it still protects and comes with a glass screen protector. He's the only one who carries these type of cases. He was really nice and welcoming too. All this for only $110. Definitely recommended Blink's! read more

I had my mother's iPhone unlocked here and the price was very reasonable, even for this college gal. :) A family member spilled water on my Macbook's trackpad and I thought it was a goner! My Macbook was making a weird sound when I tried to turn it on and then it went pitched black....forever. I think the last time I got this terrified was when I got my very first "C." No really... I just purchased it a few months ago from the Apple Store. Next morning, I brought my laptop to Hung and his partner (I forgot his name) who are very knowledgable. They did their little magic and was able to resuscitate my laptop back to life! Best of all, they didn't amputate my arm or leg for the repair! ;) So far, my brother's screen protector has been very protective, my mother's unlocked iPhone is functioning perfectly, my Macbook has been getting me A's jk but it's working just as good as new. I'm extremely pleased with their work! I highly recommend this place because they're extremely friendly, helpful and did I mentioned very reasonably priced for outstanding work!

Switched my pricey micro SD card with a fake one. His work has always been substandard and never delivered as to what I wanted him to do whether it's restoring files from an external hard drive and even some of the basic things like unlocking a phone. I once watched him dupe an old lady who came to his shop. I pitied the senior lady. All the lady needed was a charging cord for her device to charge properly and which he could have sold her for under $10 which he had in stock. But he made it sound like it was a big job--charged the lady $42 and asked her to come back in 2 days to pick up her phone. I now drive 26 miles to Long Beach to have my phones serviced. Never again shall I trust this guy. Avoid him at all cost. If you get duped by Mel don't tell me I didn't warn you. Believe me Mel is BLANTANTLY DISHONEST.

I contacted the shop - but because I was past the shops 1 month "warranty" period, she told me I would need to purchase a new screen. She didn't even ask to see the phone? There was no review done of her work, the screen, or even a search for the "damage" she said I caused to it. Please search for a shop that is reasonable in their time estimates, and offers a warranty better than 30 days. If it's too good to be true it probably is.
