My girl recommended me to this place to get my cellphone repaired for a cracked screen. We brought in my own screen that i bought outside of blinks and when i went to go pick it up the glue wasnt dryed at all and the screen looked as if he has just placed a screen ontop of another screen... I cant even put a case on it without the glue coming out. When i asked him if he can fix it he wanted to charge me another $20 and made up an excuse that it was the screen that i bought that wasnt fitting right... I originally went in to fix my IPhone 6 cracked screen. I had called ahead of time to get pricing and the girl over the phone was super nice a quoted me. I took my LG G2 to Luis at Blink's Mobile to fix the LCD and the screen. After spending a lot of time trying to fix the phone Luis was honest with me and told me the proximity sensor was also damaged and the phone would never be fully functional again. I picked up the phone anyways just to test it out and see if I could still use it but unfortunately the phone was just damaged beyond repair. Thankfully, Luis the guys at Blinks Mobile have excellent customer service and gave me a full refund 100% no questions asked. I would highly recommend utilizing their services to fix your phone. These guys are honest and will tell you exactly what is wrong with your phone. Even after wasting time installing a new screen and LCD Luis refunded my money 100%. I dropped my phone today around 2pm and since I pay $14 each month extra for insurance on my iPhone 7 at T-Mobile, I went to T-Mobile and they told me my 2 screens have broken and their is nothing they can do to fix it. Their only solution was to call a 1-800 number and get another one for $175 and I'd have to wait for 2-4 days for it to arrive to my house. So as I was going home, I noticed Blinks and saw they were open so I thought I had nothing to lose to go and ask how much they would charge me. In my head I was think they would charge me over $100 and would probably take a week so I wasn't even hopeful or anything lmao but they greeted me and told me it can be fixed within 15 mins and all for the SUPER LOW price of $65!!!! I agreed and in about 10 mins my phone was good as new!! he also put a tempered glass on my phone for an extra $5 which is a deal for sure. Ok.... So... I was referred to Blinks from a friend who lived near by, because she saw my phone and was like Grrrrrrrrllll you need to get that fixed! And I was like I know! she told me that Blinks Mobile was just down the street, so I had time to spare and I went, and a young man named Carlos greeted me and he was really nice! He told me how much it would be and I was like there has to be a cheaper place lol!! So he put up with my antics while I was searching the net and calling my phone carrier to see if anyone else had a better deal... Come to find out, Blinks was between $20-$50 CHEAPER than all other places!!!! SO, I gave in and I decided to go ahead and get my phone repaired by them... It took a little longer than expected ONLY because every place that carried the 6+ screens were sold out. Blinks had to drive alllllll the way to downtown LA to get a screen for me, and it was greatly appreciated.Overall, my experience was lovely, we had great conversation and they love what they do! When I drove all the way to bellflower one of the girls working there told me he had to leave early . When I asked why wouldnt someone call me to let me know she got an attitude . I've came here twice to fix my Iphone 5c. My daughter completely cracked my screen twice and they were able to fix it within 30 minutes as well as offer the best price. I've actually called around and any other place quoted me 100$+ with at least a 5hour wait. The first time I came in when they were closing and I told them how important it was to have my phone that day, and the guy stayed 30mins after closing to help me out I was charged 80$ and received a free screen protector and case. My second time coming in, my phone wasn't cracked as bad so they gave me an even better price then the first and that time I got two phone cases, on the house :) after I had a couple problems and called back. They were very understanding and told me come in and they'd take care of everything. I'd definitely recommend this place if your looking for a fast service, well priced, and quality customer service. DON'T TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! I took an OLD HTC G2 phone here with screen problems and I could swear they gave me a TOTALLY different phone back. I called the Better Business Bureau on this people, it was the principal that you didn't give me back what I gave you, The manager Louis told me it's not like you had a G4 or five. HOW COULD HE HAVE THAT attitude when it's my shxx you did not return ALL HE HAD TO DO IS RETURNING MY PROPERTY AND NO PROBLEM? How could you run a business with this piss poor attitude about someone's stuff? It took them two months to return a broke phone I gave it to them broke and it took two months to RETURN the phone the same way broke. REALLY my goodness go out of business and save us all. They have the worst customer service person ever. I talked with Abbey you can tell she's not telling the TRUTH every time she answers the phone. Louis the person whom said he was the OWNER was not concerned with me getting back my phone. He was more concerned that I contact Better Business Bureau about his awful service. I informed him that one BAD complaint is not your problem it takes MORE than one complaint to get you a BAD business rating it is ALL of the COMPLAINTS the BBC has received about his SHADDY business.
