I got my phone screen repaired here and it was horrible. First of all my phone would be dead in less than 4 hours, the screen wasn't flush with the phone and the touch wouldn't respond properly. When i contacted them, they told me the phone dying had nothing tondo with the screen repair. WRONG. It has everything to do it h their horrible screen "repair". They offered to replace the screen at no cost. Told me to come at 10am. Got there at 10am.. waited till 11 till the guy finally came.. showed up with an amazon package... it was my screen that he ordered off amazon. Seriously? If that was the case, i'd have done it myself. I brought it to a store thinking they would use better professional quality products. Even after the repair my phone ended up dying again in about 4 hours MAX when before it would last the whole day with constant use. My screen was also so dim. I had to end up buying a NEW PHONE. I wasted so much money thanks to this place. Just buy their cute phone cases. That's the only reason why i'm being generous and giving them 2 stars.. their cute phone cases. Just dont get anything repaired here. They wont take any responsibility for anything damaged while they fix things and will deny it was due to them. read more

Was browsing the source and walked into Mobile Land. They have a wide variety of cute phone cases and while they're a little pricey ($35 for one we looked at), they're first party cases like Sanrio or Kakao Friends. One thing I noticed is that they definitely have a lot more variety for iPhones vs Android phones, but they still have some cases for most phones. We had a slight miscommunication but the manager was very gracious and cleared everything up and was very professional about it. Would recommend at least checking out if you're looking for a new phone case. read more

Found these scam artist online advertising free diagnostics for cell phone repair. I drove 6 miles one way. Store has a neon sign " phone repair" Firstly, clerk behind the desk was rude. She spoke almost no English. She waved my phone around saying "this broken" . I pointed to the cell phone repair sign and she did not speak English therefore unable to respond. Besides the language barrier, my phone was visibly in need of repair but she just kept saying no! Huge waste of my time, gas and had I know this facility does not repIr cell phones I could have gone somewhere that did. I highly suggest you go to a different place that actually does repair phones. my Iphone 8 plus screen craked. The phone worked just fine except that the screen was cracked. Mobile land changed my screen but my home button didn't work so the owner changed it again but when i got home i realized my text correction didn't work. so I went back a couple of days later and the owner tried to fix it but he couldn't for some reason. He was really nice enough to tell me to take my phone to apple and he would pay for whatever the cost will be. He felt responsible for my phone because he opened it. I don't think he did anything wrong, He even said it was probably bad luck for both. I really appreciate his honesty and customer service. The mobile land owner did refund the cost i had to pay to apple store to fix my phone. I hope i never ever break my screen again but i would recommend this store if you need to. i wish i can give more than 5 stars for their service. read more

This brand new store has a HUGE selection of phone accessories and phone cases!! Imagine a clean and well organized mecca of everything you could want for electronics. I bought a white leather case for my iPhone here and it's actually really cute and good quality for only $15!! I also bought a long charging cable and there have been no issues so far. I had two phones (iphone 7+ and 8) that needed their screens repaired last year so I brought them here. When I got my phones back, not only were the colors on the screen weird and dark, the touch didn't work properly either. However, the man just said that unless I get my phones fixed at an actual apple store, unfortunately the quality is going to be lower. I was skeptical, but went home. Later that night, the touch simply got worse. The top half of one of the phones didn't even work at all. So, the next day I went back and there was a woman there. When I tried to show her the problems, she snatched my phone from my hand and kept insisting it was fine. She was basically yelling at my friend and I and absolutely refused to give me a refund, even though it was clear they hadn't replaced the screens correctly. She said the best they could offer was to replace my screens again and that this time they'd "upgrade the replacement screens for free." Well, when I got my phones back again, the colors were still completely off (I compared with all my friends who had iphones and it was clearly different), but at that point I figured as long as the touch screens worked there was no point in fighting and I took the loss even though I was angry. The reason why I'm writing this review now is because I recently dropped my phone (8) and had to get the screen replaced again. I went to a different place this time and they told me that not only was the previous screen a cheap knockoff, there were some screws loose and it seemed as if whoever had replaced it before hadn't done a proper job. After getting my screen replaced this time around, the touch doesn't lag and the colors are so much brighter, the way they should be. I don't know if I was just unlucky and had a bad experience, but either way, I absolutely do NOT recommend getting your phone fixed here. read more
