For the price of $60 to fix my entire screen is a good price to bargain. Im happy the worker was sweet enough to wait for me to come in since it was getting late. If you guys want cute phone cases or accesories for your phone, I recommend comijg to Mobile Land ~ It honestly feels like a brand new phone when he fixed my iphone 7. Very sweet, negotiable, and the worker did it less than 20 minutes so I didnt mind browsing around the plaza and inside the shop! Thank you again! read more

I got my phone screen repaired here and it was horrible. First of all my phone would be dead in less than 4 hours, the screen wasn't flush with the phone and the touch wouldn't respond properly. When i contacted them, they told me the phone dying had nothing tondo with the screen repair. WRONG. It has everything to do it h their horrible screen "repair". They offered to replace the screen at no cost. Told me to come at 10am. Got there at 10am.. waited till 11 till the guy finally came.. showed up with an amazon package... it was my screen that he ordered off amazon. Seriously? If that was the case, i'd have done it myself. I brought it to a store thinking they would use better professional quality products. Even after the repair my phone ended up dying again in about 4 hours MAX when before it would last the whole day with constant use. My screen was also so dim. I had to end up buying a NEW PHONE. I wasted so much money thanks to this place. Just buy their cute phone cases. That's the only reason why i'm being generous and giving them 2 stars.. their cute phone cases. Just dont get anything repaired here. They wont take any responsibility for anything damaged while they fix things and will deny it was due to them. read more

The lady was very nice and helpful. Their selection for airpod cases is kind of small. They mostly only have hard cases for AirPods and they have more silicon options including hard cases for the pros. There are a lot of other accessories and phone cases. If you want BTS stuff, they have that too read more

Mobile Land - The Source - $20 +tax - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Buena Park, California

Was browsing the source and walked into Mobile Land. They have a wide variety of cute phone cases and while they're a little pricey ($35 for one we looked at), they're first party cases like Sanrio or Kakao Friends. One thing I noticed is that they definitely have a lot more variety for iPhones vs Android phones, but they still have some cases for most phones. We had a slight miscommunication but the manager was very gracious and cleared everything up and was very professional about it. Would recommend at least checking out if you're looking for a new phone case. read more

This place is great! Lots of selection for phone cases and the owner is very friendly. I got a case with a cool streetwear design for my little cousin and he loves it :) While I was there, another customer came in asking about a screen repair, and they said it would only take 20 mins. Sounds like they're good for phone repairs as well! read more

Very clean, bright and well organized store with fantastic customer service. Unfortunately my and mom's phones were so new that there wasn't much selection yet for cases, which is understandable. Still, almost anyone else would probably have plenty of luck with the wide variety of cases and accessories. Shame I'm not usually in the area, it's a nice place. read more

I was in town for a week visiting family for the holidays when disaster struck: dropped my phone out of a moving Uber... Luckily a friend of mine searched the area and found this place. What a godsend! Dropped by and the owner was extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating. He had my screen replaced and I ended up getting a screen protector and a sturdier case as well. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Would definitely visit again if needed. Highly recommend! PROTECT YO PHONES PPL! read more

Found these scam artist online advertising free diagnostics for cell phone repair. I drove 6 miles one way. Store has a neon sign " phone repair" Firstly, clerk behind the desk was rude. She spoke almost no English. She waved my phone around saying "this broken" . I pointed to the cell phone repair sign and she did not speak English therefore unable to respond. Besides the language barrier, my phone was visibly in need of repair but she just kept saying no! Huge waste of my time, gas and had I know this facility does not repIr cell phones I could have gone somewhere that did. I highly suggest you go to a different place that actually does repair phones. Given they falsely advertise online and IN Their store a service they do not provide I further suggest you not give them a dime of your money. Fraud is fraud. Unscrupulous business read more

Mobile Land - The Source - Sanrio cases - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Buena Park, California

When I picked up my phone off the floor from SOMI SOMI, I had an ominous feeling that the worst was about to unfold. My brand new iPhone 11 PRO MAX 512 GB screen had cracked with a dab of matcha ice cream tucked perfectly in the trifacta of camera lenses. Praise the lord for Mobile Land - The Source! I was in and out within 20 minutes and the cost was incredibly reasonable. They had a great selection of phone cases as well. Some days I feel like matching my Red October YEEZY's with a red phone case and some days I feel like going with a more ironic "social media seriously harms your mental health". They have all these options and more! I love it! read more

I bought 5 phone cases with the Sanrio character designs that also have the card holder. I am so happy with the quality and cute designs. I have had the first case for about 8 months and it still looks brand new and undamaged. The store also has a lot of selections to choose from such as bt21, miffy, and other adorable characters and designs! The young owner is very friendly and welcoming! I will definitely coming back to check out time by time! read more

I have dropped my phone multiple times and my screen had never cracked until it finally gave in. Tired of the broken glass pieces poking my fingers, and not being able to read my messages, I finally got my shattered screen fixed at Mobile Land. I thought it would take a whole day but they fixed it in 30 minutes!! And the owners were so so nice and attentive! While I was waiting I also bought myself a screen protector, another phone case with more cushioning (they have a HUGE selection of cases) and a car mount for my boyfriend who travels a lot and he loved it! I have an iPhone X. If you want fast, amazing customer service; high quality phone cases and phone accessories, definitely check out Mobile Land! read more

Thanks Mobile Land! While I was on a holiday road trip, there was some last-minute gear I needed. I knew that ordering through amazon prime would be impossible to ship in time. So I found Mobile Land on yelp and luckily they had exactly what I was looking for at a good price. From car adapters, charging cables, phone cases, cute airpod cases, you name it - they got it. I was impressed and a little overwhelmed with their selection of mobile accessories. The owner was very helpful, he helped me find what I was looking for, and was not pushy at all. read more

The items are not returnable or exchangeable. Staff was rude, not friendly! All items don't have the price tags!

I was visiting family for the holidays and got an iPhone as a gift from my lovely cousin. She brought me to Mobile Land so I could pick out a case for myself. So many to choose from! I narrowed it down to 3 cases I liked but ultimately chose this cool marble case with gold lining. It seems like this place is good for fixing cracked screens too. I overheard someone walking out of the store exclaim, "Wow! Can't believe that only took 20 minutes to fix!" Hopefully I won't need those services, but if I'm ever in the area and somehow crack my screen, I'll know where to go! read more

I came in for a cracked iPhone screen, the gentlemen working there was professional and greeted me as I entered. Service took 20mins. There are places to eat in the plaza. I would recommend this store. read more

my Iphone 8 plus screen craked. The phone worked just fine except that the screen was cracked. Mobile land changed my screen but my home button didn't work so the owner changed it again but when i got home i realized my text correction didn't work. so I went back a couple of days later and the owner tried to fix it but he couldn't for some reason. He was really nice enough to tell me to take my phone to apple and he would pay for whatever the cost will be. He felt responsible for my phone because he opened it. I don't think he did anything wrong, He even said it was probably bad luck for both. I really appreciate his honesty and customer service. The mobile land owner did refund the cost i had to pay to apple store to fix my phone. I hope i never ever break my screen again but i would recommend this store if you need to. i wish i can give more than 5 stars for their service. read more

This place was awesome!! Had exactly what I needed and they pretty much have any type of case for all electronic devices. They even put a temper glass on my phone and looks amazing. This is my go to place for cellphone cases and phone products. Great customer service. Would definitely come again.

I stumbled into the store today just to see if they had screen covers for the newest iPhone. The man working swiftly took my phone to the back and put a new glass screen protector on my phone in less than 5 minutes! No bubbles or dust underneath and perfectly straight!! I was expecting the cost to be high, but when he charged me it was just $10!!! Fantastic service and amazing prices! I will be returning and sending all of my friends! read more

This brand new store has a HUGE selection of phone accessories and phone cases!! Imagine a clean and well organized mecca of everything you could want for electronics. I bought a white leather case for my iPhone here and it's actually really cute and good quality for only $15!! I also bought a long charging cable and there have been no issues so far. I'm trying to avoid shopping on amazon more and more these days because you never know what you're going to get. The store owners are a knowledgeable and friendly Korean couple. They were really nice in recommending local things to do, since we were visitors from SF. FYI They also do phone repairs. read more

I had two phones (iphone 7+ and 8) that needed their screens repaired last year so I brought them here. When I got my phones back, not only were the colors on the screen weird and dark, the touch didn't work properly either. However, the man just said that unless I get my phones fixed at an actual apple store, unfortunately the quality is going to be lower. I was skeptical, but went home. Later that night, the touch simply got worse. The top half of one of the phones didn't even work at all. So, the next day I went back and there was a woman there. When I tried to show her the problems, she snatched my phone from my hand and kept insisting it was fine. She was basically yelling at my friend and I and absolutely refused to give me a refund, even though it was clear they hadn't replaced the screens correctly. She said the best they could offer was to replace my screens again and that this time they'd "upgrade the replacement screens for free." Well, when I got my phones back again, the colors were still completely off (I compared with all my friends who had iphones and it was clearly different), but at that point I figured as long as the touch screens worked there was no point in fighting and I took the loss even though I was angry. The reason why I'm writing this review now is because I recently dropped my phone (8) and had to get the screen replaced again. I went to a different place this time and they told me that not only was the previous screen a cheap knockoff, there were some screws loose and it seemed as if whoever had replaced it before hadn't done a proper job. After getting my screen replaced this time around, the touch doesn't lag and the colors are so much brighter, the way they should be. I don't know if I was just unlucky and had a bad experience, but either way, I absolutely do NOT recommend getting your phone fixed here. read more

I needed my phone screen fixed FAST. I used Yelp's "Request a Quote" service and heard back within the hour. Scheduled a time, took my phone in, sat on the bench inside the store, and it took less than 20 minutes to get my iPhone 7 screen replaced. Super convenient and the owner was really nice and professional. My phone screen looks and works great! Also helps that of all the prices I was quoted, Mobile Land gave me the best price. Definitely recommend them-- they also stock lots of cute phone cases and iPad cases. read more

I got my iphone screen replaced here & they did a great job! I've contacted over 30+ places both in LA & OC but nothing beats the price I was quoted here. The couple that owns the shop are also super friendly. I would highly recommend this place for screen repair and also to get cute phone accessories (I thought I was back in Korea). read more
