One of the most unorganized establishments I have ever done business with. This place is more in line with the set of a generic reality show. The high school meat head who clearly feels his senority from high school and cool factor of a Dodgers baseball cap carries over to the real world. The cute girl that possess that popular skillof saying "I'M NOT SURE" or the classic "I THINK SO" to every question. You know they type every male employee thinks they have a chance with (in reality none exist) so they keep her around. And finally the $15 an hour store manager that feels his postion equals that of the T-Mobile CEO. In reality he got his postion because he's the only one in the store that wears a shirt with a collar, so by default he looks official. Had a really great experience at this store. I've had at&t for 10+ years and they were getting to expensive. So I decided to switch to T-Mobile . Liz was our sales representative and was very helpful the entire transaction. She immediately greeted me when I walked into the door. My transaction took almost 3.5 hours so it was frustrating that there was no where to sit down. Maybe I'm just used to at&t stores where they have tables and chairs. One sticking point I had is when I walked in there was an employee sitting down with his feet up on the furniture. Looked very unprofessional and I wasn't the only customer in the store. I am extremely satisfied. I called as soon as the store opened because my phone was not working, and I need my phone for work. Santana answered the call and he suggested I go in now because they didn't have a wait time, but I was at work and was not able to go until later. He asked me what I needed, and he checked stock and told me he would have it ready as well as some accessories. I arrived and there was a line I thought I was going to have to wait but that was not the case. I waited outside maybe 5 minutes at most and when I went in he had everything ready. He showed me the accessories and after choosing the ones I wanted he put on the screen protector and the case. And I cannot stress enough how quick he was and how professional he was. Started having the dreaded "could not do normal boot due to mmc_read failed" on my Samsung Note 4 that a lot of people are experiencing. Note 4 also gets hot, has screen freeze, reboots, and ceases to function. Have to pull battery out and reboot multiple times to make it work. They knew absolutely nothing about this problem and didn't even offer any suggestions/solutions. My wife and I decided to just look for new phones as hers is an older Galaxy and inquired about some deals. They said a trade in deal where you can trade in your old phone and get discounts on new devices ended the day before and there were no other deals. So we left and started shopping around that day. There were 2 for 1 deals on line everywhere with signing a new contract. I just can't believe they did not know. Now we're going to go with another service provider and they lost our business. read more

We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Biggest mistake ever. The amount they told us we would pay was over a hundred less than what we got a bill for, I switched from Verizon to save money and now I'm paying $300 a month. I was only paying $250 at Verizon. Do Not go here, they are commissioned employees, who will lie to you and take from your table to fill you their own pockets. This was one of the best t Mobile stores I've been in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by someone and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. Richard assisted me with switching my phones from AT&T. He was extremely nice and very patient. I couldn't remember my passwords and he was very helpful in assisting me to get this all fixed. He didn't make me feel rushed like in other stores. He hands down gave me the best customer service. As I was there I also was able to see the entire team interact with other customers and they made each person feel welcomed and provided friendly environment. I came into the store for one thing and one thing only witch was to get a new phone with the jump plan I was looking into getting the iPhone 12 and everything was great got the phone took it out of the box looked at it and as I was getting a case put on it a employee by the name of (JOSE) went and grabbed my phone and let me mind you he wasn't even the one who was helping me to begin with he seemed more impatient then anything so when he grabbed my phone he went picking on the side to get the sim out i honestly don't know why because everything was already set and ready to go but this guy (JOSE) grabbed my phone and ended up dropping it cracked the back of my new phone he went and picked it up and let me tell you you can choose to believe me or not but I was even in disbelief he picked up my phone and started singing he then grabbed some tape and taped the back of it and he put my phone back in the case turned around and walked ‍ out the back door and left like nothing even happened like it was a normal thing to do I was so shocked and lost for words I didn't even know what to say that night all the excitement disappeared I was so devastated and pissed off I finished up my process and came back the next day to get my phone replaced with a crack i didn't do so I came back and as I walked into the store there's people in front of me that were getting greeted by him as soon as he seen me he didn't greet me he was basically trying to dodge me grab A package and left to drop off something at a different store I asked to speak to the store manager about the situation that happened the day before and come to find out (JOSE) is the manager I was shocked I was really pissed off at the fact that this was a manager and treated me with such disrespect I ended up having to wait 2 and a half hours for him to come back from where ever he was hiding once he came back he came in and came up to me already knowing why I was there to begin with then he said if it was a problem from the beginning why didn't I say anything first off I shouldn't have to say anything that's common sense then he tells me I have to pay for a restocking fee of 80$ to have the cracked phone sent back on the shelf I paid for the 80$ restocking fee because honestly I was already at my boiling point I just wanted to get the hell out of there ! This whole experience was a total regret disaster disappointment Etc. I honestly don't know how he can still be a manager there but it was a lesson learn! It normally takes me close to an hour to get help at other locations but he was able to set me up with an additional phone line and activate 2 new phones in under 30 minutes. I believe the girl that helped me was a manager, and made it appear easier to cancel my contract then to deal with my "only option" (which was to pay an arm and a leg). Worst T-Mobile store ever! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I came here to transfer my phone lines from sprint to T-Mobile. The customer service rep that helped me said it would be piece of cake to do this. What she ended up doing was cancelling my phone # & transferring my grandmas phone # to my SIM card. She didn't even tell me that she made this mistake!!! it wasn't until I got a phone call from someone who was calling my grandma & I answer the call all confused. When I called the store back telling them they made this mistake, the rep tells me "I'm sorry I didn't tell you because I didn't want to alarm you & I spoke to my manager & this mistake will be resolved shortly." Seriously??!! How unprofessional can you be??!!! Not letting the customer know you screwed up they're account & deleted their phone #!! Anyway I call T-Mobile customer service call center & speak to them for 3 hours explaining that this rep at the store made this mistake. Obviously it's not a piece of cake transferring phone lines from another carrier. In the end I ended up being with out my phone # for 48hours!!! To top it off my phone # is a business # & clients were not able to get a hold of me for 48 hrs, you can imagine my frustration!!! Thanks for deleting everything off of my phone before you told me the total price of a phone replacement w/ insurance. T mobile is by far the worst cell phone provider I was forced to work with. I used to be a sprint customer. When T mobile merged with Sprint I started to look around for new service. I didn't know T mobile and I had been with sprint for over 12 years with no problems. When I compared plans between the three monopolies T mobile came out on top. They are currently offering a deal for their Magenta Max plan. 3 lines for 140 a month. Needless to say I was sold. But when you see a deal is too good to be true it just might be. I've had nothing but problems since I signed up with T mobile. I was told I qualified for the 3 lines for 140 and I made the switch based on the information I got from this store. However, when I checked my plan on line it didn't show the promotion. I reported it immediately and was assured it was a system error cause it hadn't had time to update with the promotion. So I patiently waiting for it to update. Calling back several times because I hadn't seen any changed. 2 months down the line I never got a follow up from Juan the manager at the store. I got charged for the first two months at the regular rate of 175 month. Obviously it was not what was originally communicated to me. At this point I've continue to waste time and effort trying to fix something that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Do not trust what anyone at T mobile tells you. They will not give you anything in writing and unfortunately everyone at T mobile will tell you what you want to hear but then not do anything about it. I do not recommend T mobile to anyone because of their lack of integrity. read more

Thanks for saving my ass Diane! Went in to get a series 5 Apple Watch, she asked if I wanted insurance for it & of course I hesitated since it's gonna be extra cost to my monthly bill. She suggested I should get it for the first few months & then take it off as soon as I got comfortable with it, so I did. Sure enough, not even 5 days later, someone stole it! She helped me with the WHOLE process after that! She could've helped me set up a date with Jose but I mean, she did enough lol. First off, I would like to point out that I have no issues or complaints about T-Mobile's cellular service or billing. Those are fairly straightforward and accessible on any handset. We came in for after-sales service, as my husband's phone's audio jack is not working. I figured, we're paying the insurance every month, let's take it in for service. We came in the late afternoon, all three of the customer associates were engaged with other clients. We never heard a "Hello!" Or "Welcome to T-Mobile, we'll be right with you." I understand they are busy (one of them was on the phone, on hold, looking bored), but it is customary for associates to at least acknowledge their presence when a customer walks in to a retail store. There were at least seven people waiting for service, and three others just left because no one paid attention. There was no sign-in sheet, so they were guessing as to which customer would be addressed first. We ended up waiting for an hour, and our problem was not even resolved. The associate gave us the number to the insurance company and said to deal with them directly, or just take the handset to an Apple store. No apologies, no additional effort to address our concern. Pay attention ti the plan and phone payments. I call tmobile and the reps tell u different things each time u call. U ask for cramming fees to be removed and they dont remove them. They tell u their computer is acting up and will call u back and dont. Ive called 4 times in two weeks. U dont get a statement. read more
