This place is so much more than ink and toner! There are dozens of higher-end printer models that are refurbished and sell for half the cost of new. I'll never buy a new printer now that I know of of this place! I made the mistake of recycling my Samsung color laser before dropping off it's toner cartridges here. Turns out the owner could have almost surely fixed it for way less than even a cheap new printer's cost. At least I found my new place for all things printer-related. Great shop! read more

Ink and Toner Outlet - Some of the refurbished printers. All powered up, with test pages shown for each. - Computers Near Me - Upland, California

I own a used vehicle dealership where every transaction burns through close to 40 pages of paper. Roger was very helpful in helping me select a printer that could reliably handle my printing workload with sustainable pricing on toner refills. We are saving a significant amount on toner compared to our last printer (which is still in use as a backup and low volume option). Thanks again Roger!! read more

You work directly with the owner and he is very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and we were back on track before I knew it.

I have been coming to Ink and Toner Outlet since 2017. Roger is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all his products. Excellent customer service which is always appreciated. Went today to buy a new printer as mine was at least 10 years old and no longer working well. Bought a new printer which came with extra ink at a fantastic price. This is my go to store for quality products and great customer service. read more

I always enjoy popping in to purchase some ink toner and having a talk with Roger. He's such a nice man who loves to serve others. Not only is this place the best for all your printing needs but it's a community staple. No need to shop anywhere else, you'll get the best prices in town + unmatched customer service. read more

This place has an excellent selection of inks and cartridges for almost any printer. I needed some cartridges for my EPSON Workforce 600 Printer, and this store had the cartridges at very reasonable prices. They also sell inkjet and laser printers (both black & color laser printers) at reasonable prices, and their repair specialist is top notch. read more

I went here recently for ink for my old canon printer. I talked to Roger for a while and he was very helpful. They had the ink I needed at a great price. This is my go to place for my printer supplies. My printers are old and when I need a new one this is where I will go. I will recommend them to everyone. read more

Great friendly service, I highly recommend for all your ink and Toner needs! Thank you Andrea and Roger for always caring for your customers! read more

Great prices and toner selection. That also have a nice selection of affordable printers, laser and liquid ink. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My go to follower for ink and toner. read more

Found a laser jet cartridge at Staples for $230, Andrea ordered the same cartridge and saved me over $75 Super helpful read more

Note: updated review. I gave them a low-rating because after purchasing ink I couldn't actually print anything and got a bunch of errors from my printer for not recognizing my ink cartridges (they weren't brand-name. It was re-manufactured) Anyways, after trying to re-install all my printer drivers I pulled out the ink cartridges, wiped down the printer nozzles inside and ran every printer test imaginable they finally worked. (I haven't used my printer in almost a year so that may explain why). It is nice I don't have to go to the library or Office Depot everytime I need to make a print, but I wish there was less hassle. The owner contacted me about problems so I'm changing my rating. read more

Nice people, very helpful, fair prices. Also has copy machines and other supplies besides ink and toner.

I took my 15 year old HP printer in for diagnosis. It would no longer print black ink. They worked on it for nearly an hour, but unfortunately the printer is at the end of it's useful life. They were very nice and sincere people. I appreciated the time spent with me. I wish new ink could have solved the problem cuz they have a huge selection at fair prices. read more

Called for pricing Nd was surprised on how much discount they offer ... great prices nd awesome customer service ...

I'm definitely in agreement with other reviewers. Get ink here. In addition, you can count on this: if for whatever reason the ink doesn't work, Roger will work with you to fix the problem or (though I didn't have to do this, I imagine he will) refund you. I bought 6 cartridges for $35, but the printer simply wasn't working. So after getting my panties all in a bunch I took the whole works to the Outlet and explained the situation, expecting a problem. There was no problem. Roger knew just what the printer needed to work! Good luck getting that kind of service at Walmart! read more

I have a printer that I bought there when they first opened and it still works great! Honest business Great customer service. I came online to see if they are open during this pandemic?? Had to leave a review. read more

Great prices and great service. You won't get better any where. I tried the garbage sold online and was pretty cynical when I tried this place. They have delivered every time. I have purchased printers for my mom, my sister, and my church, in addition to a couple for myself. All the ink and toner I get is from Ink & Toner Outlet. Great products, great prices, great service. All things I do not get online or at the big box stores. You owe it to yourself to give Ink & Toner Outlet a try read more

If you're still paying ridiculously high prices for ink at wal-mart or target, STOP! This place sells the same ink for 30% less (at least the ink for my printer is 30% less than target or wal-mart). At Target or Wal-Mart you're paying for the brand name; here it is the same cartridge or toner just no brand name. I go through a lot of ink so I've tried several ink and toner places and I think the quality here is a cut above. Like i mentioned previously, you're getting a brand new ink cartridge or toner, so you're not dealing with the inconsistency's of ink refills. They don't do refills here, which is a plus because I personally don't like refills. I come here quite often and I've always had excellent customer service. The prices on ink are excellent and the paper prices are decent. If you're in need of a printer, there is always decent quality printers here for sale as well. read more

At first it seemed to work well. The toner cartridges were a drop-in replacement for my Oki c610, at about half the price. They worked fine. As time went by, things got worse both in customer service and cartridge quality. They sent me different colors than I requested, or sent them to the wrong address, or said they would have them by a certain date and then dragged things on and on. Then the cartridges came clearly from different manufacturers, which would be OK, except I started getting toner sensor errors, and lock lever errors. Not only did I waste whole cartridges trying to make them work, thus nullifying the cost savings, I ended up with toner all over the floor. I've really had about enough. Whatever they did before seemed OK. Whatever they changed over the past 5 years, that's BAD. read more

So, to those of you who think there's gotta be a bargain out there, buyer beware! I had run out of printer ink for my hp printer/copier and saw the ad in a flyer. I bought a packet of 5 cartridges that were "on sale" which contained two black and 3 color cartridges. When I tried the first black one, my pages printed out smudgy and gray. I decided to try the second one, and the black did not print at all! HP gives you a warning when you insert the cartridge that it is not an HP cartridge, and the note in the package says just hit 'ok' and it should be fine. It's not. Don't waste your time and money! read more

I hope Roger is not talking about me in his statement. I went to the BBB, got my refund case closed. All that other stuff about getting loud in the store and blocking other customers was not me. read more

First timers to ink and toner outlet. I must say being a younger looking hispanic family we usually get the cold shoulder from people yet we walked in asked for what we needed the gentleman at the counter was very cool and he got us just what we needed to accommodate our photo booth gig. He answered a few questions and we were on our way. We usually spend double than what we spent at the outlet and these were the XL ink cartridge's hey!! we even chopped it up about mustangs super cool cat and we will be back again... thank you sir read more

Our Brother printer was on the blink and we were referred to this business. I found Roger (the owner) and his staff were very friendly and courteous. Roger found the problem and we left as satisfied customers. Thanks read more

I was instructed by my employer to purchase an original (OEM) toner cartridge for our HP LaserJet (aftermarkets have worked for us in the past but my employer insisted on the peace of mind of OEM). I usually go to Costco, but felt compelled to turn to a small business. I called before arriving and asked if they price match with Costco, the gentleman who answered the phone said "Yes we do". I arrived and asked for an authentic HP cartridge and he handed me a non-OEM promising me they were just as good. After pitching the aftermarket cartridge, I insisted on the OEM which he did have in stock. To my dismay, he retracted his promise to price match the OEM cartridge with Costco. I encourage everyone to avoid this business, I take personal offense to being lied to. read more

I had been looking for ink for my Dell printer, staples used to carry it, then Office Max used to order it for me. Both stopped. Didn't really want to buy a new printer just yet, found this place and no problem getting what I needed. read more

Roger and his staff are wonderful. New customer's get a ten percent discount. I'll never buy ink from anyone else.

Got ink for my printer and both cartridges worked great. No issues although I was told how to handle issues and they have a guarantee that their ink will work. The shop is much bigger than expected. It's owned by a couple and the wife was extremely nice and helpful. Love the service and the prices. read more

Very quick and friendly service. Came here for the first time and I had no clue as to which toner I needed but I brought the toner straight from my printer to show them and they knew exactly where to find it and showed me the 2 different options I was able to purchase. Just stopped in here for the first time to get a new black ink cartridge for my printer after my old place in lv closed down. I had seen numerous signs around so I decided to give it a try. It was a great place. I walked in and Roger the sales associate was ready to help me. He was a nice man who answered all my questions and gave me a great deal on my cartridge. It was only about 11 bucks for a remanufactured cartridge for my hp printer. I will be coming back here for sure because of their great prices and excellent customer service. See ya next time Roger!!!! read more

I gave this place 3 stars because the toners for my printer were bad... I mean real bad. The service however has been great. I have 2 Brother MFC printers one at the office 9330CDW and one at home 9320CW. I used aftermarket toner for both. My home printer is still relatively new so I just recently purchased aftermarket toner from Amazon. I see the slight difference in quality but that was expected and overall it's good quality. The one at the office I had for a while now and I have replaced toner from this place at least 3-4 times now. They first time I purchase toner from here I noticed a slight quality difference but I expected that and I was ok with it. I'm not sure if the toner quality changed for the worst but every time I replaced my toners, my print just got darker and worse. I finally had enough, the quality was so bad that even though my toners were still at about 80% full, I replaced them with OEM Brother toner. For a second I thought my printer was going bad but with the new Brother toner my prints look great again. I wish I had better examples but of course all my bad prints went to the trash. read more

Ink and Toner Outlet - Top is Ink & Toner Outlet after messing with settings and some improvement lol. Bottom is Brother toner on default settings. - Computers Near Me - Upland, California

Haven't been here in at least 2 years according to Roger. My email wasn't in his computer system. It was shocking that he remembered that I wasn't a new customer since I'm estimating it's been 4 to six years? He recommended this Brother all in one printer when it was on sale at staples. He was spot on with his recommendation. The price of his cartridges, for this great printer was well worth it. And the customer service has always been outstanding. I knew exactly where to go when I was in need even after all these years. I definitely recommend this family business to family and friends. read more

I found this place on yelp looking for a cheap alternative for HP ink cartridges. They had what I needed at 30% of the cost of the HP brand. I hooked them up and they worked fine. A few weeks later my printer stopped reading one of the cartridges. I tried everything to get it to read but no luck. I called the store and the owner (I believe) tried to help but couldn't so he offered to swap it out for me. I called about 5 minutes until closing and he insisted I come and he would open up so I could swap it. Really nice guy! read more

So far so good. I have purchased from them many times. Much better price. Quality seems good too. Be careful though, one of my cartridges was over full and it spilled on my hands. Have something underneath you so it doesn't stain. But after that it was fine. And that was only once. read more

This is the best place to buy toner. The prices are good and the owner is friendly. They also repair and sell printers!

I needed ink. I tried Office Depot but they are rude and I'll never go there again. I tried costco but they don't sell brother ink. So I looked up ink cartridges in my area on yelp and this store popped up. Let me say they are nice, courteous and the prices are unbeatable. Keep I'm mind you probably will not get oem cartridges but "off brand". You save money this way. When I put these in my brother all in one the printer recognized them just fine. I will continue to go here for my ink. read more

Maybe I caught them on 3 bad days but every experience I have had with this establishment has been poor. The first time I went in, I told them my printer brand and model number and bought the cartridges they said would fit my printer. I went home and could not get them to fit, nor could my husband. A week or so later, I checked my printer model to be sure I had the right numbers and returned to the Ink and Toner outlet. They assured me they had sold me the right cartridges and somewhat condescendingly suggested I'd forgotten to take the plastic off the cartridges (which I hadn't.) They also suggested I bring in the printer/scanner/fax machine but bring rather large, that wasn't a viable option. But Yelp said this place was SO GREAT I figured I'd take their advice a second time and try the cartridges again. They still didn't work. Being the Holiday season, I put it aside for a while and ended up purchasing a new printer on Black Friday. The old printer went in storage as did the forgotten about cartridges. Today, as I was contemplating where to buy ink for my current printer, I remembered The Ink and Toner Outlet and those abandoned cartridges. I know few places do exchanges after 90 days but Yelp said The Ink and Toner Outlet was SO GREAT, so I thought I would see if they could do anything. I went in with $40 worth of cartridges in their original packaging and my receipt, ready to receive a professional explanation of their return policy, which was not on the receipt. The lady was quite rude and kept telling me I should have brought them back and that I must have given them the wrong number. I tried to tell her I did but she continued her condescension and never brought up the return policy or asked to see the receipt. So, lesson learned. I bought useless crappy merchandise in order to try and save $10 and ended up being out over $40. Never again. Even if Yelp tells me to. read more

I was having issues with my printer and I went to two different places where they told me to buy a new one without even checking my printer. I refused to because I knew it was an easy fix.
