I went in with a pretty small job and even though it was so small Joe greeted me, and helped walk me through the process right away. He continually checked in on me throughout the self serve process until it was complete and answered any questions that I had. This was especially helpful to me as I am legally blind and don't necessarily present as disabled, and it was really nice to not need to bring this up in order to get the level of service I need. Joe did it automatically. He even reminded me not to forget my glasses as I left and to the lady next to me making copies to be sure not to forget her original in the machine. To say it is our fault, after being asked to email the photo and standing at the counter with nothing but a blank stare from the clerk and an uncomfortable silence, prompted us to walk to the waiting area.
