    After recently purchasing a microwave from Howard's, I went back for a stove. Serena was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with my stove purchase. The delivery and installation guys were professional and everything went smooth.

    We started out at Home Depot then Lowe's and on to Howard's. We were very impressed with Howard,s and purchased a freezer fridge Joe Duran was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. To me service is everything and joe Duran did just that. I give them 10 stars

    Highly recommended. Older Samsung fridge broke down and wasn't worth repair. Visited Howard's on a Saturday - Anthony E. assisted my wife and myself at the store, knew his products, answered questions w/o sales pressure and was very helpful. They had the LG fridge we wanted in stock and delivered it (no fee to deliver) the following Monday - 2 days later . . Delivery gave me updates on ETA time, was fast, took care w my new unit and hauled away old one for $40! Also, Anthony worked out the credit details (a breeze) to put fridge on payments. Howards Citrus St, Covina Store had been recently remodeled, was immaculate and well stocked w the brands worth buying. Howards Price was the same as DIY stores but better service, free delivery and feels like we can trust them. Great experience!

    Came in on a sizzling hot Saturday afternoon after my 4 year old Samsung fridge decided to die on me. Upon entering, AMI greeted me and without pressure, offered to help me and/or answer any questions I might have while looking for a new fridge. After quickly going through their inventory, I decided to look at Home Depot for other options (HD has a much smaller inventory to choose from, though prices are pretty comparable) and told AMI that I'll keep in touch. She gave me her business card. I came back to Howard's after HD and this time brought my Mom to help me make a decision. Again AMI was very helpful and I never felt that she was trying to upsell me on anything. I ended up going with a really nice GE PROFILE unit. We set up for delivery the following Monday (2 days later) along with installation and haul away of my dead Samsung. From beginning to end I was so pleased with my experience at Howard's. Thank you AMI!

My wife and I are almost never at home, so this couch has seen virtually no use. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of failure. To make matters worse, I was sold an "extended warranty" with clear assurances that it would cover everything, including cushion issues. That turned out to be completely false. After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap.
