My husband has back and knee problems, so before making such a large purchase, we specifically explained his physical needs and concerns. We pointed out that his side of the mattress tends to sink and that he needs a mattress with good, firm support for his back and knees. We trusted their recommendation and purchased the mattress they told us would be beneficial for his needs. We also purchased the warranty specifically for peace of mind in case the mattress did not work for us. We understood that the warranty covered the life of the mattress. When we later contacted Mattress Firm because the mattress was not providing the support we were promised, we were told their 90-day period had ended and that we would have to go through the mattress manufacturer for the warranty. This was not clearly explained to us when we purchased the mattress. After finally speaking with a manager, we were told there was nothing they could do--no refund and no exchange. We were advised to submit pictures showing the mattress sinking. The problem is that there is no permanent visible indentation when no one is lying on it. The lack of support and sinking happens when my husband actually lies on the mattress. Therefore, the recommended broom test does not show the problem we are experiencing. This was a major purchase, and we are extremely disappointed. We specifically explained my husband's back and knee problems and relied on their professional recommendation when choosing this mattress. Buyer beware: before making a large purchase at Mattress Firm, carefully read the warranty for the specific mattress brand you are buying and get everything in writing. We did not realize that the warranty and procedures could be different depending on the mattress manufacturer. Unfortunately, we are now stuck with a mattress that does not provide the support we specifically asked for.

let me start by saying this, i had to download yelp on my phone just so i can leave a review for this company with that being said it's my first time leaving a review, so for those shoppers i hope you find what your looking for within this critique... ray kent is the gentleman whom helped with the sale and when i say help, i mean helped, this company is known for price matching with their fellow competition, and ray went above and beyond to do so; very professional, patient, and polite man also was not overwhelming when it came to overselling a sales pitch(if you will). shipping was fast, smooth and professional..i don't have record of the names of the two movers that work with this company but they deserve credit where it's due and my hats go off to them for being neat and professional as well..i highly recommend this store to those individuals whom are interested in a bed...definitely gained a loyal customer..# ray kents your man!!! thanks again guys!! read more

In 2014 my fiance and I were shopping for a new mattress set. We came to Bedtime Mattress and More on a recommendation. After trying out several mattresses we chose a Simmons Beautyrest(which we love). Troy was extremely helpful and had our new mattress set delivered rather quickly. Unfortunately, we experienced manufacturer defects not once but twice. We called Troy and explained our situation. He promptly had an inspector out to determine the problem. This was simply an unusual problem, however Troy wanted to make our situation right! We just recently had an entire set delivered and have since been very pleased at the outcome. I went to four places before finding this place. And I'm so glad we found it. The last places were horrible. We walked in and immediately my husband was like wow it's clean it smells great and Troy came right away to greet us. This is our second purchase from BMM and we were very satisfied the second time around. We were in the market for a split adjustable and they had a good selection to choose from. We were assisted by Troy who helped us with our selection. With so many different types of mattresses to choose from it's good to have someone like Troy who is very product knowledgable. This is the 3rd mattress I have bought here, never underestimate the power American small business owners. Troy is helpful, friendly, and not pushy. The selection of mattresses is perfect. Apparently, this company loves to use their tow trucks to park in front of neighborhoods and just leave their mattresses outside for days. So I went to the back door where there's parking in rear. Also locked. Except for the garage full of merchandise that's wide open. So they keep a bunch of furniture outside but they lock the front door if you want to go in to purchase anything. Brilliant business strategy. If it's a security thing... the pawn shop next door keeps its doors unlocked. So I'm not entirely sure what they're thinking here. If I was more conspiracy minded, I would suggest that this is a money laundering operation. But that's crazy talk.

She did tell us, that shipping would take some time, but we were still optimistic on the process. After we had not heard anything by October, we started to inquire about where our order was. What is disappointing is our contact, tells us, that she must check with them, since they are a different area. From a customer standpoint, we just want an answer to where our couch is, when is it going to be shipped, who works where and referring to others as "them", "they", is not the the correct answer. Our of a curtesy we were able to get some parts of our couch shipped to us, we essentially have a unstable pieces and parts that somewhat resembles a couch in the middle of our family room. Which we have now had for weeks with no update on where the rest of the couch is. We never get proactive updates, we must inquire, and then we get "let me check with them, they say it should ship soon...etc" Now on 10/19 3 months after they took large amount of money, we have no update, no accountability, and we no longer believe that this company is legit. We believe we will have no choice, but to pay more money to haul away the pieces and parts of uncovered couch cushions, we have, and to go out and buy another couch. We have had to dispute our purchase with our credit card, because we do not get any answers from this company, except, the shipping department is understaffed and everyone's orders are running late. But, there is nothing we can do about it. We really thought this was a great opportunity to support a small company, but they proved us wrong, and we are very disappointed with this process, and to be out of a couch, that we were really excited about.

My ikea bed was just not cutting it and after a while they fall apart. I went through so many places looking for new bedroom sets but everything is so expensive! So I decided I was gonna opt for a box spring and a mattress. Simple Sally. I went through amazon, several mattress places, OfferUp and even back to ikea... but nothing. I found this place on yelp. .. let me just say that It was easy peasy! Owner was super nice! Explained different mattresses and told me prices. I opted out to getting a mattress I was going to get from amazon. I paid and he allowed me to come back for it later in the day. Hooked up the box spring and mattress to the top of the car! Super friendly !! Great experience! Thank you for my new bed!

I ran into this store on a sunday before my housewarming and my in-laws showed up so I had to leave but I told Ricardo and his family I'd be back. I did shop around (power of 3) and you cannot beat his honest pricing, not to mention his delivery and assembly (free). I purchased Thursday before 12pm and had it delivered same day by 5pm. It was just in time for my party & housewarming! We had a lot of compliments about these pieces we picked and a lot of referrals. I really hope those friends visit! We'll be back as our family grows and we need indoor furniture. It's only a shame he doesn't carry any patio furniture.
