I went to Sit-n Sleep to buy a mattress today 12/3/25 and the woman that greeted us was more interested in sitting in the massage chair than helping us. She offered us the Sleep Analysis and as we were laying down to see what type of mattress would be best for us... my wife and I wondered how sanitary the pillows and test mattress was??? My wife mentioned it to the woman and she said ohhh the disposable sheets are right here. My wife says, well why didn't you put them on before we laid down, she said, you didn't ask. My husband and I purchased a mattress 11/27/21- in November of '24 i called to file a claim for our mattress because it was so uncomfortable and felt like the metals were poking thru. Fast forward a month later, i still didn't hear back from anyone from the company they use (integrated bedding group) to do their inspections. Finally in January someone comes to our home to do the inspection. The gentlemen that came out (David) said he would expedite the inspection and he would contact me when it was completed. Fast forward July 22 , 2025. I finally called and spoke to someone and advised them come to find that the claim was denied. I will never spend $ at this place again. If i cam going to have to purchase a new mattress every 3 years, i will go and get a descent priced mattress and not overpay if they are going to deny the claim. Complete BS!!! and complete RIPOFF. They say they had the mattresses and it will come right away. In store they told be 2 days and online they said 1 day. They didn't have it in stock it won't come for 10 days and they will not give me back the money for an equally long time. So now I'm just left without $3k or a bed for 10 days. Price exactly the same as the manufacturer so just buy there. This mattress was front and center in the store and is popular so if they don't have it I really doubt they have any and are drop shipping and lying about delivery time. Check the website before you shop here. They'll say you are getting all the discounts possible but end up giving you the exact same price that's on the website. The adjustable frames only have a 3 year warranty, not a 10 year warranty like they say, that's extra. Make sure everything works and is delivered or it'll be an extreme hassle to get it corrected. Especially if you buy anything on clearance. To put it honestly, I wish I didn't buy anything here. Spent over 10k on 3 mattresses, 2 adjustables, and so many accessories. I walked out thinking we got such a deal, but got home and noticed it wasn't a deal at all. I'd return it all and go somewhere else if I could. Just be wary. They are like car salesmen. I went to this location with my dad, as he was in definite need of a good, back-supporting mattress. I kinda sorta wanted a new mattress, but it really wasn't my intent to definitely buy one for myself. We came to this location because it was right off the freeway near us, and to be honest, that guy's voice of, "...or your mattress is freeeee" was stuck in my head. We were immediately greeted by Dillion Kaiser, and he asked if we were there to look at mattresses or furniture. I told him that we were there for a mattress and he brought us over to a mattress that had some kind of, ok I don't know how to describe it other than you lay down on it and over the course of about three minutes, it measures your body and pressure points while on your back, and then when you're in your preferred sleeping position. The computer/mattress then tells you what firmness of mattress best suits you (it's all color coded). Dillion was a great salesguy. He explained the results of the computer test (my dad and I both ended you getting scanned), and he got us started on looking at the mattresses that were right for each of us. He didn't hover, and there were no high pressure sales tactics. He was keeping an eye on us, and when either one of us would start to get up from a mattress, he'd come over and ask us questions. Based on the answer, he'd point us in the direction of another option. When each of us had decided on what mattress each of us wanted, he said something like, hey, check this out. He then turned on the Zero Gravity adjustable box frame of the mattress that I was on. The adjuster thing that was under the mattress raised the head and feet to a preset degree, and holy shit, my minor/chronic back pain dropped to pretty much zero. When he did the same thing to the mattress that my dad decided that he wanted, my dad was of course on it and his reaction was pretty much like mine. "What manner of sorcery is this?!?!" Not gonna lie that we spent more than we had anticipated, but we got exactly what we wanted, and we both got the adjuster box spring thing. Dillion did a great job in explaining everything, and he wasn't pushy. I hope he gets a good commission, because he earned it. Since we bought what we wanted before 4:00pm, it was delivered the next day at about 10:15am. The two delivery guys, Fernando and Ricardo, were really cool, and they had the old stuff taken out, and the new stuff set up, in I swear a matter of minutes. They explained how everything worked, and they did demos on both sets of mattresses. They hauled everything out to their truck and poof, they were gone. I need a new recliner, and a sectional sofa. If this place sells those things, then when it comes time to purchase, I'll call the store to make sure that Dillion is working. read more

This is my second review. The service at the Westminster, CA store was excellent. Rich was very helpful and patient with me through the whole process of choosing my mattresses. I just have a couple of comments to make. My first mattress, a Hybrid Infinity Firm, was much too firm and I couldn't sleep on it. When they say you have 120 days to return a mattress this is not accurate. You must keep the mattress for 30 days before you can even try to return it. So actual return time is 90 days. My second mattress is perfect for me. I got the CloudTech Stratus. They label it as medium soft but it is medium firm. A very good mattress and well built. DO invest in the adjustable foundation. It is well worth it! DON'T spend your money on their mattress cover. You can get one for a third of the cost online and one that won't wrinkle and bunch up under the sheets. DO consider the Honeydew Scrumptious side pillow. Very comfortable for side sleepers! But you can get it for less on the Honeydew website. Overall, my experience at Sit and Sleep Westminster was very positive. read more

I screamed out there on the 10 freeway, made a few non-ballistic motion dial turn, and found myself in the store. Once inside, Mr. Ruiz Was very helpful showing me some twin size mattresses in the clearance area, and even gave me a package deal on the price. No hard-sell, no upsell... Just a very friendly gentlemen, who even wrapped everything up in plastic just in case we got some sprinkles... And all this the night before Thanksgiving day. Outstanding service, and a genuinely nice guy. The mattresses are very nice... No cheap catalog stuff here. And of course, my kids don't know the difference anyway. Just enjoy their bunkbeds, and apparently each other company for a few more years. Sure, everybody wants to slap Irwin around when you hear him whining on the commercials... and yes, I am aware that our Cal King -- also purchased at the store-- it's probably due for replacement. But none of that mattered when the clock is ticking, the skies were threatening, and Mr. Ruiz made for very happy Thanksgiving for my kids regardless. Even help me load stuff in the truck. Let me start off this location. it doesn't deserve any stars. My son was in the store before Thanksgiving. He was there for a new mattress for himself and sister. The salesperson, Sharon assured him she would get the best deal. He wouldn't leave without buying a mattress. He told her about his Mom wanting to get an adjustable bed. Saturday after Thanksgiving, the three of us went back to the store. I found the adjustable bed and mattress first. I asked about the warranty and if it was full or limited? She said a full warranty. My son decided he wanted the same setup as me. Sharon said she found one on clearance for $800. Great! My daughter then chose the mattress and Bunky Board. Again, being told she was getting the lowest price. She commented about NOT being a used car salesperson! What did that comment even mean? I found out later that the adjustable bed was used on clearance! We weren't told that! The remote on one side of my spit top king bed stopped working completely. From the start it was glitchy. There's no return! My son got the extended warranty. The Ompany, Guardian didn't have our account. That was going to take a few more weeks! Then they would need pictures and verify everything! Who knows how long that was going to take. We wanted Sit'NSleep to take care of us. It's only been a couple of weeks, under a month. We'll, I can wait for one to be on clearance or downgrade to the one my son got! WTH!? No way! We didn't even know about the bed being USED! We thought we were getting the lowest price. They resell all the mattresses that they pickup that are under warranty. If there is even one stain on the mattress they will void the warranty because they won't be able to resell it. To return it back as when it was purchased is unreasonable. We purchased an extra firm mattress knowing we did not want memory foam and pretty soon the mattress was sunk in. It was worse than out old memory foam mattress that we also purchased from Sit and Sleep. We called for an inspection of the warranty, and the report came back that yes it was defective. They asked that we clean the mattress because it had a stain. We paid to get the mattress cleaned. Then Sit and Sleep says the mattress is fine. This is ridiculous and does not make sense!
