Jeff, knew exactly the door we had. Then he explained in detail what we had on our hands and even threw in a referral to two locksmiths. I was listening to him, he explain the difference between the two referrals. the budget friendly referral is not budget friendly anymore, but over the phone we liked his customer service over the other. Jeff's expertise was flawless down to him running to his stockroom to provide us the parts. Since we were in a rush to get the job done & be back for a delivery. (new home owners) alert. Jeff is the "Aidan Gillen" of Hardware. But I sure caution: DO NOT use their budget friendly referral. That man doesn't have the expertise for these beautiful complex doors, we ended up replacing the mortis lock (+additional $350), then this budget guy took the wrong measurements of our equipment and shaved down the door tongue pin too far, the replacement cost us an additional $50 and change. Plus their service fee $225. Our business will be back, despite the locksmith experience. Have your own locksmith in hand, hell we found out a family friend is going to give us the family discount now. Just ask, we may even have neighbors who are experts that we can trade trades with. Thank you Jeff! and Huntington Hardware.

After about what felt like 10 mins, I went back to the front and asked an associate who was pushing a cart if they can help. He responded and said he'd be right with me. 10 mins later, still no one to help. I decided to just leave at this point because there was barely anyone at the store but they couldn't help me?? I ended up seeing the guy who was supposed to help me carry something out for another lady. I was pretty annoyed. I drove a bit further to the Lowe's in the Upland location and oh my! It's night and day. Highly recommend the Upland location for better service and better selection of artificial grass as well.

Second, I am a hobbyist, and this place is awesome if you're looking for quality products. Only a poor man can afford cheap tools and I've learned that the hard way. Although Amazon is convenient, it's not good quality and I love the Rockler woods has compromised their quality. Third, they have a lot of products you won't find at the main brand hardware stores. Their wood quality is significantly better if you're trying to make something nice and they have more specialized tools for wood working. I love this store, I know you will to.

More than that, older members of the woodworking community often walked by and gave us tips and tricks as to how to get a better cut or do the step with more ease.
