Please have your Asst. Manager revisit training on customer care/creating a welcoming environment. 3.) If it weren't for the fact that our painter loves to use Vista Paint I would leave and go to Edward Dunn. While I was there, a different associate named Kimberly was emptying out the trash with barely a hello given. I was completely ignored as she continued to take out the trash for 10 more minutes . I was not asked if I needed assistance. Another customer came in who she assisted first and she did not even ask if we were ready to purchase paint nonetheless if I needed any help. Kimberly was short and rude , sarcastic during my request to buy a gallon of paint. I will never shop here or buy one more thing from this company . Sales associate Kimberly was rude , nasty ,short and cut me off as I ordered my paint . After my paint was ordered, two other customers came behind me placed their orders and yet I was the last one to receive my paint and check out . Customer service remediation training in a big dose is clearly and severely needed for this associate , Kimberly . The service was subpar , uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. We'll never shop here again.
