Had an interesting experience here First time in the store and WILL NOT GO BACK !! Did an online order for same day pick up, about 12pm received a email it was ready. Went to get it and the girl there was definitely doing her best the place was packed with customers and overwhelmed to help them all alone she AT THE TIME was helpful, nice, and smiling unfortunately she had no record of my order told me should could get it all together if I wanted to wait since I already paid for it, i told her no rush I gave her the information told her I'd come back later she thanked me and I left. My order in that moment could wait till later FAST FORWARD to about 5:15pm I walked in inquiring about my order that I assumed would be ready unfortunately the girl I met earlier in the day her whole attitude had changed no longer was she smiling had a look of I hate my job and had NO level of customer service left in her... she explained and due to an Eos update ( no idea what she was talking about ) there systems are all "messed up" I asked her what do I do she then said "cancel your order and buy it in the store ", ... but I already bought it I spent over $300 on the order I asked for a number to call and complain to, although I understand systems are down not my problem especially when she told me earlier she'd get it all together SINCE I ALREADY Paid for it !!! Then a gentleman walked in she just stopped talking, helping me and turned her back to me and started to ignore me and help then gentlemen WHAT THE HELL ??? Ok message received you didn't want to help me further so I went on the app canceled what I could And in a store I've never been in started looking for the items I needed Found most of them then had to ask her for help to which she replied " I would have helped if you asked " ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME????? I told her well you were helping me until you got tired of it and turned your back to me. I didn't know we were done talking until you started ignoring me and helping someone else, She got very silent probably cause she knew she was wrong. Now in the store I ended up paying over $400 for the same order. I already placed earlier absolutely ridiculous !! on top of this I had received discounts online and this girl assured me I would get those same discounts and when I looked at the receipt, surprise surprised, but not really no discounts were given !!! With no hesitation I informed her that this whole experience was bs and how the Customer Service went for helpful to I don't care is wildly unprofessional!! In one day I spent over $700 .. read more

OK ladies I know what it's Like to be a single female and do all your household repairs and chores yourself. It can be sometimes intimidating going to get an auto quote and the same for Pool supply and repair and services. I want to those girls it cleans my own pool and fixes my own car.. Within reason of course. I just have to let you know third time is a charm I have come in here frantic on three occasions on all three occasions I have had huge successes and these guys are really took care of me. Number one price shopped all over town for chlorine found a great price online but need it now went in showing the price they matched it loaded in my car! Black Friday pump goes out freaking out I asked him if I can use my black Friday discount I saved half off of my new cartridge pump they got me the best deal possible and I'm telling you if you've ever bought a pump to get a pump under 500 bucks is unheard of. now let's talk about today! I'm sure nobody lives at your house like nobody lives at my house who broke it nobody will anyway the air release valve on the top of my pump was broken by nobody I can't run my pool in the dead of summer in 105° all that I walk into Leslie's and I'm sort of freaking out because they don't have it but he said don't worry let me just tell you this is the same guy that helped me on just about every occasion I don't know his name I wish I did! Even offered to buy him lunch he has save me so much money over the years! Needless to say I had my part in 15 minutes and was on my way this may seem like a small thing it was not an expensive part but this is what I need to tell you go to Costco go to Sam's Club got any those places to pick up your pool supplies you'll never get the service you're going to get here I have to say I own warehouse memberships all over the place but I will never go anywhere except here for my pool support did I mention when I got that pump on Black Friday they installed it for free. Live this place. The dude with the long hair and manny, I believe that's his name were the most helpful. The chick seemed a little rude. The older new dude gave me wrong advice after I told him I was told once by someone else there to buy green to clean and he told me to just shock my pool, which did absolutely nothing.
