During my research process, I read numerous online postings advising that a nearby, trustworthy dealer is the most important aspect when buying a hot tub. Although I was about to purchase a hot tub from a large, well known dealer in Corona, I decided to look at Custom Spas Direct, which has good online reviews and happens to be very close to our house. Well, this is way overdue. We bought our swim spa about March of last year, but didn't receive it till October. The guys that did the install definitely knew what they were doing but sorta gave instructions a little too fast. Especially being a new owner. We did have an issue of a small leak.
