Knowing that we cannot go without a working unit throughout the summer, I needed service quick. Going through Yelp, I texted Superior (because of the great reviews, I needed someone trustworthy). I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. Kudos to Superior for their prompt service and dedication to customers in need!

Never had a final in person walk through with project manager or company manager, for such a size project for homeowners. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not recommend Premier Pools & Spas. You also never mentioned to me, prior to excavation or even before I accepted the project proposal, that I needed to hire a plumber to handle or standby for possible gas or water line issues. What was communicated to me was that your team was aware there could be unknown lines and that caution would be used during excavation. At this point, I do not intend to continue arguing this matter publicly. You will instead receive my formal feedback, concerns, and documentation directly through your office.

Mike and Sergio really know how to do a great job. The first day, they came in, took down the old patio cover and left the patio clean and free of debris. I found that amazing considering the amount of dried up wood and splinters that were raining down on them. When it was time to install the new cover, they came back and did the job efficiently and with no problems. Again they left the patio clean. You can't go wrong with this company.

We needed to get our driveway replaced. Kevin came in and bid the job and provided a very reasonable and respectable quote which included the driveway approach/apron. In my city, public works scrutinizes the contractors for approach work thankfully. The other competing contractors on my job would not take not the approach work for either not possessing the proper bond or expertise. Kevin worked with the city and our HOA to get on board. The work came out so well the Public Works department provides Big Johnson's as a referral for other residents looking to pull an approach permit/plan. The driveway worked out so well I contacted Kevin two months later to tackle the hardscape work for my front yard landscape/hardscape project. He just finished up a fantastic wash finish expanded front porch and walkways. I couldn't be happier. His crew is fast and work well together. The guys putting down the forms know what they're doing getting proper grades and pitches set for water sheeting. The finishers are top notch and have a great attention to detail. All led by Kevin who is in the trenches with his team getting dirty. He leaves your property clean even picking up every nail he pulls from forms when breaking down. He always answers the phone when I've called with questions or asking for clarification and asked me to reach out now after the job anytime should I need help or questions about his work. About three weeks later, I was given a date they would like to install the awnings and I agreed. Three weeks later, Mario said they were ready and asked if I was ready for install. All good.
