Ed came by to take a look at our salt cell. He explained what was going on and what our options were. LOL, while he was doing that he also answered the 348 questions I asked him. I appreciate how patient he was with me. When it was all said and done, I was confident that I knew what we needed to do as well and I was better educated about multiple other aspects our our pool. Just like the first time we called Doctor Pool, we were glad we called them again and very satisfied with our recent experience. Great business, great service, great guy. If you need help with your pool I'd recommend giving them a call. So stop watching that YouTube vid on how to DIY whatever your problem is and call Doctor Pool. read more

Quick, Transparent Pricing & everything's is working great. I needed a pool light replacement. I needed a new water feature pump for my rock waterfall. Then I called them back a month later to get my other pump replaced because it was very load, the new one is quiet and even stronger. My pool heats quicker than it did before. It's been 10 years and my old equipment was pretty beat up, this was a well worth it tune up for my pool. read more

Very friendly and professional. Reliable service and flexible scheduling times. Would recommend. read more

Our spa pump stopped working, put the request in and got a response almost immediately. We scheduled a time for same day and the issue was resolved on the first visit. Customer service was above and beyond, highly recommend these guys for pool service. read more

Great experience overall. Very knowledgeable on taking care for your pool. Had mines flushed and cleaned and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Thank you. read more

The service is excellent, but what truly sets them apart is their communication--primarily through Mei, who works directly with the customer. They've handled major pool cleanups for me, including draining the water, replacing the pump, and fixing filters. Their prices are always reasonable, and I trust them with my weekly service, which gives me great peace of mind. read more

I highly recommend this company. The service rep took his time to fully inspect the pool equipment. He appeared very honest and nice. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Edd arrived on time. He was friendly and very professional. He was very thorough with his explanations and service. Him and his office called before the service to make sure he was on his way. He walked me through the process of having a pool for the first time. Their price is very affordable. I learned a lot from the pool life with the time he spent with us. I strongly recommend Doctor Pool. They really deliver a high quality service to customers. read more

I'm giving a two star review rather than a one star because we initially hired Doctor Pool to drain and clean our pool that was in very rough shape. They did an excellent job with that and they were efficient and transparent with the pricing. So much so that we gladly hired them to service our pool weekly. That is where things got bad. Our pool service was only consistent for a couple of weeks and then, once the holiday schedule (Memorial Day) was understandably altered, it was on different days from that point on. I could live with that with communication but there was none. The pool was left with leaves in it frequently after being serviced and for the last 3 weeks it looked like it had been neglected. When I reached out to see what was happening, I was told "you have a lot of trees and debris around the pool and it is hard to work." We do have trees in the yard that sometimes drop seeds in July, but they are easily moved aside with the broom we leave out or by sweeping them to the side with your foot. It has never been a problem with prior pool services. They then suggested that we buy a solar skimmer, which sure, could help, but also, we pay $170 a month to service a pool and the expectation is that it would look clean after each service. We were told the pool would be cleaned more this week to remove leaves. The technician was here for 20 minutes. The picture below is what the pool looked like when he left. Although Mie in the office is polite, as a person who has worked in customer service, I have a hard time crediting a company with service when they consistently blame the customer rather than working to solve the problem. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a negative review about a company but this is a case where I wish I had gone with my gut the first time they blamed the customer and changed companies. Long story short, if you need a pool drained/cleaned or equipment changed, this may be a good company for you. But I would not recommend getting weekly service through them by any means. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service Ed gave us. We had a leak in our pool heater and I was worried that the problem would involve costly parts, labor, or even replacement of the entire heater. Ed identified the problem quickly and had the heater leak free in minutes! I will be using Doctor Pool again with my next pool issue. I strongly recommend them to anyone with a pool concern. read more

Great service and great service technicians. Very thorough and pleasant to talk to. I've had pools for over 35 years and this is by far the best service I've had. Thank you read more

Doctor pool came out because my water pump for my pool stopped producing jet pressure. My pool guy assumed it was a bad pool pump and wanted to replace the pump for over $1500. However in researching the issue online most pool owners noted a clog in the pipes as the likely issue especially since the equipment was less than 3 years old. Doctor pool came out and confirmed what I expected, the issue was related to a clog in the pipes. They came out within a couple of days and fixed the issue, unclogging the pipes for $150. Saved me over $1000! Thank you pool doctor! read more

Wonderful experience. Will definitely be using him for my pool needs. He's honest, knowledgeable and fairly priced.

I am extremely pleased with the service Ed at Doctor Pool provided today. I called in with a leak from my pool heater and I was expecting the worst...huge fix requiring expensive parts, labor costs, or even replacement of the heater. Ed found the problem quickly! It was a simple gasket that had given up the ghost. I was so relieved. Of course, I asked him about 32 pool maintenance questions while I had him. He was more than happy to answer all my concerns. I strongly recommend Doctor Pool for any pool related issue. I will be calling them again when something else breaks or simply for pool advice! read more

i've been using Dr. pool for about four years since I bought the house and I've always had good service but since Adam has started these last eight months, our pool has never looked better. Dr. is very good at sending text to keep you up-to-date on any changes to your pool service as a customer that always gives me peace of mind read more

this is my second experience with , although my experience with them were several years apart, I called very late in the evening and left a message, they got back to me the next morning, and although initially they wanted to set up the appointment for the following day, I explained that this would not be possible for me because I was leaving on a trip, the very same technician who had dealt with a different concern. I had a few years before, showed up at my door about 30 minutes after that phone call, my pool heater would not function correctly, so that made the spa unusable. He identified two or three potential problems immediately, he took his time and was very thorough in making they needed repairs and discovered, a small part from the inside of the filter, lodged against a temperature controlled device inside the heater manifold. In any case this company is extremely professional and customer service oriented, their pricing seems to be reasonable, especially when you factor in the accommodate my schedule, the quick and efficient response, and the high-quality repair, and even some to my existing equipment. I will definitely be calling Doctor Pool the next time I have a problem with my equipment. read more

My pool heater wasn't working for almost a month and Doctor Pool got it running and back to heating the same day! Don't waste your time calling anyone else. This is why: My Pentair pool heater wasn't turning on and I couldn't figure out why. I called out a pool repair company and they recommended I replace the membrane pad, which I did, but my pool heater still wasn't turning on. I then bought a new mother board but that didn't fix it, so I returned the mother board and called Doctor Pool. We set up a time in the week for him to come out and he arrived on time and went right to work. He identified the issue as my high limit sensor and verified it needed replacement. He picked up the new sensor, installed it that afternoon, and verified it fixed the issue (which it did) by waiting to make sure the pool temperature was rising. Will totally use him again if I ever need help. read more

All the while keeping in mind the most cost effective way which I'am truly thankful for. Fair pricing, upfront about his rates and dependable. Thanks ED @ Doctor Pool. I came to Yelp to look for a company to come out and replace my pool heater. There were a ton of big name companies and it made my selection process difficult. I sent out a generic request to several different companies and communicated with their owners and/or representatives. After speaking with all the companies, I chose to go with Doctor Pool. I am so happy we chose to go with Doctor Pool. Ed the owner was responsive with messaging, knowledgeable, punctual (HUGE PLUS BECAUSE THIS IS NON EXISTENT THESE DAYS), and fair. He did what he said he was going to do and he is an honest businessman. I wish I could give Ed 20 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you're on the fence on who to pick for your pool needs, don't hesitate and call Ed. You will not be disappointed! read more

Hired Dr Pool at recommendation of Leslie's pool. Worked for us about 1 years had several issues with our pool during that time like winds blowing leaves into pool, filter not working, valves working improperly. Every time we would contact them it would be crickets. Multiple phone calls/texts required for a response. Eventually issue would get resolved. This last time our heater went out and we were told (after several texts) it would be addressed after the holidays. Essentially ghosted is after that. Multiple calls and texts went unanswered. For weeks. Finally after sending our last text firing them we were told "sorry we couldn't resolve your issue". It's hard to find a good pool guy. This company can do the work they just can't get it together to provide customer service. read more

I just wanna say Ed and his guys are the best !! I called on a Thursday to have a new salt system installed on my pool and it was done the next day!! I couldn't be happier with there work ethic and professionalism. I highly recommend this company and this is coming from a contractor myself. 5 star company read more

Avoid at all cost. Not professional. You never find anybody to talk to. Ed never calls back if you have any concerns. Their service has degraded. Every week, there is a new pool guy servicing your pool. Pool servicing has gone from bad to worst. Attached are the pictures from today. The pool was just serviced yesterday. I happen to notice yellow stains at the pool corners. What's the point of paying for pool service if this is the kind of job you do despite paying premium service fee. Firing today! read more
