He immediately was able to diagnose what happened (my motor died). I needed a new pool service company to clean a pool at a rental property on a weekly basis. The current pool service person was charging for services that did not justify overall results. Basically, I was getting charged for services that were not being completed, and the quality of the pool's water and appearance confirmed this. Using Yelp, I contacted Superior Pool Pro and spoke to the owner, Mike. He was quick to respond and provided me with a monthly service quote. I met with him at the property, and he tested the chemical levels. As suspected, the chemicals were completely unacceptable, and the test results confirmed my suspicions about the previous pool service person. Back to Mike. He and I agreed on a monthly service price and additional services I wanted. Some of those services included returning the pool water quality back to greatness and cleaning the filters. Mike does require payment prior to the work being completed. Regarding the results, the pool looks fantastic. Mike also provided a detailed analysis of the chemical readings and provides before and after photos upon completing the service each week.
