My pool pump died after 20+ years of faithful service, and though it was sad, but it was time for an upgrade even against my will, but for the best. Knowing that we cannot go without a working unit throughout the summer, I needed service quick. Going through Yelp, I texted Superior (because of the great reviews, I needed someone trustworthy). I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. Kudos to Superior for their prompt service and dedication to customers in need! read more

We moved in 8 months ago and were instantly overwhelmed by what it takes to keep a pool clean and running properly. Pumps, heaters, chemicals can all be confusing at first. We called Michael and requested an estimate. He was here the same day. Looked at our system and explained what did what and how it all worked. Michael came over the same day after a quick call! There was no charge and he came with no expectations of payment. That was impressive in my book. He immediately was able to diagnose what happened (my motor died). We discussed options and he quickly communicated a quote for a new motor and arranged for it to be installed by the end of the week (again impressive that they were willing to come on a Sunday)! Unfortunately there was some issues upon installation and another part was needed - so we had to wait 3 more days and again another installation concern so another day went by.... Thursday we got it all installed and it's working beautifully! He had excellent communication with me throughout and overall, I was very happy with the service. I needed a new pool service company to clean a pool at a rental property on a weekly basis. The current pool service person was charging for services that did not justify overall results. Basically, I was getting charged for services that were not being completed, and the quality of the pool's water and appearance confirmed this. Using Yelp, I contacted Superior Pool Pro and spoke to the owner, Mike. He was quick to respond and provided me with a monthly service quote. I met with him at the property, and he tested the chemical levels. As suspected, the chemicals were completely unacceptable, and the test results confirmed my suspicions about the previous pool service person. Back to Mike. He and I agreed on a monthly service price and additional services I wanted. Some of those services included returning the pool water quality back to greatness and cleaning the filters. Mike does require payment prior to the work being completed. Regarding the results, the pool looks fantastic. Mike also provided a detailed analysis of the chemical readings and provides before and after photos upon completing the service each week. I have been working with Superior Pool Pro and Mike since May of 2023, and I am very satisfied. read more

Pool renovations aren't cheap. When I started getting estimates, it felt like every company wanted to turn my pool resurfacing project into a complete backyard renovation. I would ask about resurfacing the pool and somehow end up with a quote to replace half the yard. Some of the estimates I received were two to three times higher than what I ended up paying. Then I met Johnny. What I appreciated right away was that he wasn't trying to sell me on everything possible. He actually took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, what could stay, and what would just be a waste of money. There were multiple things other companies wanted to replace that Johnny told me were perfectly fine. That was the moment I felt like I found someone I could trust. Honestly, it felt less like talking to a salesman and more like talking to someone who genuinely wanted us to make the right decision. Once the project started, everything happened exactly the way he said it would. Every morning around 7 a.m. the crew was there and ready to work. No delays. No disappearing acts. No excuses. No surprise phone calls telling me I suddenly needed to spend thousands more because they "found something." They took our old rough, itchy fiberglass pool and completely transformed it into an Aqua White mini pebble finish that looks incredible. The water color is beautiful, the finish feels amazing, and it honestly feels like a completely different pool. What impressed me most wasn't just the finished product, it was the integrity throughout the entire process. In a world where it feels like everyone is trying to squeeze every last dollar out of you, Johnny was the exact opposite. He treated our project like it was his own and treated our money with respect. I hired them to take care of my elderly mother's pool, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Not only do they do an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the pool, but they also went above and beyond to help my mother with other tasks related to the pool. I know absolutely nothing about servicing a pool, my husband used to handle the cleaning. Unfortunately, he became too ill to take care of it himself and contacted Mike and his team to assist.
