The home had been recently…read moreflipped and the interior was immaculate -- but when Jeff went over it with a fine tooth comb, his inspection revealed some troubling corners that had been cut (deferred maintenance issues, like root balls in the sewer and galvanized plumbing, but also incorrectly vented bathroom plumbing and other difficult to spot issues that needed to be addressed.) We were so grateful for his patience and expertise, and believe me when I say we *really* peppered him with questions. He enjoys teaching and sharing his experience with others, and even encouraged us to reach out to him afterwards if we had more questions. After the first sale fell through, we made an offer on a different property and requested Jeff to come inspect that one, too. Once again, he took his time to carefully review his findings with us. I love DIY home projects so I especially appreciated his tips on which repair items he would do himself and why. In addition, they keep all of the areas clean. This time, we needed several cubic yards of rock for the final phase of our front yard landscape project. The staff members were super friendly and clearly had a background in good customer service. The ladies were so helpful and patient, while we selected what we wanted. They also made suggestions. Measuring cubic yards is not the easiest thing to do (at least for me), so I was a little concerned I might have ordered too much. The staff explained we could pickup the material in phases, and anything we did not need would be refunded to our credit card on file. Well, my measurements were slightly over what we needed, and the refund process over the phone was seamless. I highly recommend O.F. Wolfinbarger for any building or landscape material needs. Unfortunately these guys are just awful, usually its just a quick "blow and go" but when they do decide to do something it just a joke. They hack up any flower they see and leave the weeds and fading plants be. Sometimes they just leave big piles of cuttings piled up in corners of the property. Today they hacked away almost every flower and half the shrubs in my front garden that I've paid for and maintaine out of my own pocket. Not only did vivid landscape deliver, they gave good advice throughout, like adding a privacy hedge from our neighbors, and advice on which bushes would work best for what we were looking for.
