He did his best to troubleshoot over the phone, but once I hit a road block, I just asked him to come out to fix it. He was prompt with scheduling, and got me in the same week. He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. He tried the cheaper fix before going into the big fix and luckily for me, it worked! I was very pleased with his prompt service, professionalism, and extensive knowledge and experience in his field. The cost was still low due to his diligence, and now I have my Jacuzzi back!

By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. When he returned on Friday with the necessary supplies, he opened everything up and realized the pipe didn't actually need to be replaced.
