Isaac came out to address a constant water leak coming from my spa heater and installed a bypass that works amazingly well. Beyond fixing the immediate issue, he took the time to explore future options with us that fit our budget when we're ready to make further upgrades. ​In my 6 years of pool ownership, Isaac is hands-down the most knowledgeable, fair, and honest pool technician I've ever worked with. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and taught me so much about my own system. As a bonus, he looked at my pool robot--which I thought had been broken for over a year--and showed me how to plug it in and operate it properly. My heater wasn't working again. He diagnosed the problem and fixed my heater!! Reasonable pricing did not get charged a service call.

Isaac was a blessing when I found him on Yelp after my pool heater stopped working. He came the following day right before Thanksgiving. He ordered parts and had the repair done on that Monday. I've used Isaac's Pool Service several times now, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, he installed a new pool light for me, and today he even came back out to check on the pool heater he installed over the summer. I had an outstanding experience with Isaac Barbosa! My outdoor inground pool had completely stopped running due to a fried breaker/panel and a damaged motor. Isaac went above and beyond to get everything back in perfect working order. What impressed me most was his dedication and expertise. He didn't hesitate to squeeze in time for three consecutive days to tackle the main issue and address additional problems caused by poor assembly from the previous owner. Isaac even rearranged the pump and motor setup, making future maintenance and replacements much easier.
