Shane is great and I have no hesitations recommending him 100%! He helped me diagnose a potential leak and was great with communication.

My 16 year old pool was loosing chemicals and I couldn't understand how or why. Shane and the crew with A&S came over to find the leak and sure enough they did. The skimmer was cracked and broken (poor original installation). They had to hammer out the old concrete, replace with a new skimmer and pour back color matching concrete. I was COMPLETELY impressed with their communication, professionalism and overall work! They knew exactly what to do, how to do it and were very friendly and involved. Leaving a 5 star review and didn't even use them. Reached out for a quote and was contacted right away. Sent pictures of my issue in which he sent back a temporary solution to rule out one of 2 things. Come to find out didn't need the assistance but checked in after to make sure all was settled. I had multiples companies not give a solution (one even came out and suggested the wrong answer). Any pool issue in the future I know who to contact. read more

When all the water had leaked through cracks in my 30+ year old spa, I called A&S for a repair quote. A complete makeover was required since the cinderblock infrastructure had crumbled beyond repair. Although this was not an inexpensive solution, I have absolutely no regrets and can't say enough good things about Shane, Marco and their workers. They added a wonderful handrail and built in an additional step to improve access for me. Every step of the project was closely supervised and the job site was left clean and tidy every day. Communications were informative and timely, and they made sure I was satisfied with the final result. Then Shane showed me what to do to take care of the new plaster and how to maintain a proper chemical balance in the water. So helpful in every way! If you call these guys first for your pool or spa need you won't be calling anyone else! read more

We called for an estimate and Shane responded the same day to schedule a meeting. Shane and Marco made several trips to our house during the planning stages of our build before we even broke ground, making sure what we wanted would be done to our specifications. From demo day to completion, Marco was on site virtually every day guiding his crew during the build and reaching out to us with options, questions, and any potential challenges he came across to discuss. Their crew are professional, skilled and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They take pride in their craftsmanship and were always accessible and approachable either by phone call, text or in person. We felt as if they treated our property as their own. After the build, Shane was always responsive and helpful during and after start-up and provided solid customer service helping me understand how to work our new system and take care of it. Both these gentlemen, and their entire crew, made our experience a fun and memorable. Our pool guys for life. read more

Just finished my pool remodeling with A&S and completely satisfied ! I had contacted a few other pool companies with no luck and sent these guys a request and they did get back to me a day or two later but as soon as I got them on the phone it was smooth sailing from there . They came out to give me an estimate on re plastering my pool and adding a spa . Both Shane and Marco were very easy going and new exactly what they where doing . They gave me a rough estimate right then and there and even offered me a starting date . Other companies didn't come back with an estimate till 3 weeks later and by then we had already started . Gave them a time frame I needed it by and even with all the rain they still finished a week early . I strongly recommend A&S read more

A&S Aquatic Solutions - New pool , pebble finish , reef step , new spa ! - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me

I had the privilege of enlisting the services of Aquatic Solutions to address concerns related to my swimming pool. The pool presented an array of challenges, beginning with a copper fire/water feature installed inside the saltwater pool. This unfortunate combination led to the corrosion of the gas line. I also had the persistent issue of water seepage due to inadequate tile work throughout the infinity-edged pool and spa. For over a year, I tried in vain to find someone willing to take on the job. Fortunately, my regular pool maintenance guy met Marco and Shane while working on another pool and he suggested I contact them for help. Aquatic solutions replaced the gas line, and built pedestals for the new fire/water features so they were no longer susceptible to corrosion. They plastered and retiled the pool beautifully. But they didn't stop there. They installed a mesh screen to make the water on the laminar jets flow more smoothly. They replaced malfunctioning pentair pool lights and synced them so the lighting features worked. They worked every day (and sometimes on Saturdays!) to make sure everything was done right. Five stars is not enough. If I could give them a thousand stars I would. Marco, Shane, Alan, Ruben and every single member of their team were incredible to work with. I cannot sing their praises enough. If you are ever in the market to build or repair a pool, look no further than Aquatic Solutions. They are worth every single penny. Thank me later! read more

It's been said on all of their reviews. These guys were indeed the perfect choice for our pool overhaul project. I appreciated their honesty, reliability, punctuality, and customer service (I tend to ask a million questions). They never tried to push any extra work/items and kept us below our price tag for the project. Can't say anything more than what's been said about Shane, Marcos, and their crew--a true hard working team. We plan on having them over again for a fire pit project and new pool slide. read more

My pool was outdated and I reached out to a few different contractors. Shane stopped by and gave me a few different options. Of all the contractors that stopped by Shane was the one that I felt was being the most honest and knowledgeable. I hired them to replace all my equipment, refurbish the skimmer, and re-plaster the whole pool. Marco supervised the work. The entire staff was friendly and very professional. The pricing was very fair and very well worth the investment. I definitely recommend A&S Acquatic Solutions. read more

Shane and Marco are the two best liars in this pool industries. I signed the contract to build a brand new pool on April 1, 2021 and they just told us that they can build a pool in mid august. They weren't going to tell us the truth until I questioned about the progress in depth. Shane had told me they were working for the city approval in early may but when I asked for the proof in august, he confessed that he never got the approval. He also was going to send a digging alert person out in august so we believed him. After reviewing my home security camera, we noticed no person was ever shown in my backyard, I questioned him how come your digging alert person is not visible to my home security camera, did he even come out? After dealing with his multiple lies and delays, Shane and Marco finally sent me an email that they were having trouble with materials of pebble coating, pulling a city permit and severe equipment delays. Wish they have told us the truth in the beginning, not after four months of waiting. If Shane was sharing the truth about difficulties through out the process, we would have been understanding, but he was always telling us, "no problem", "you will hear a good new from me soon", "sure, you will have a brand new pool by October" etc. and giving us the false hope. Listen Shane and Marco!! You should stop advertising that you can make a brand new pool when you can not. Shane, you are the worst person with following up with my emails, text messages and thank you for the worst experience ever. I now know your 4.5 star rating on Yelp is definitely falsely rated. I wanted to give you minus 100 star but unfortunately, yelp don't give me an option for the minus. They are very good with lies and does not keep to the contract AT ALL. I would never recommend this company to anyone. SCAM!!!!!! read more

I had my pool refurbished by A&S almost a year ago. Over the weekend, I had an issue with my system. No matter what my pool issue is, Shane and the team at A&S are always willing to help. I can text them anytime with questions and they are quick to respond. I have definitely gotten my money's worth and more!!! If you want good pool service, I highly recommend this team & company. read more

A very personable and professional service. I had never owned a pool before and when going to local stores I feel like they were using scare tactics to sell me a whole lot of chemicals and other pieces of equipment I did not need to get my pool in top shape. Aquatic solutions stalled all that for me gave me the knowledge I needed to take care of the pool myself without extra items that are frivolous. I can easily take care of the pool myself instead of having to hire someone for a couple hundred bucks a month for probably less service than I can do. I had my pool drained my tiles resurfaced and my filters cleaned out and then they taught me how to do maintenance cleaning and changing and all about my equipment. After they had left I still text them now and then with questions and they respond well I really appreciate it. I think they have a high value as overtime I will save a lot of money. read more

A&S Aquatic Solutions - Doing well now water is great along with circulation and filtration! - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me

This is my second time posting a review. I posted a review about a month ago and I don't see it anymore. I do not recommend A&S Aquatic Solutions. The do not honor their warranty. Shane & Marco are also unprofessional and do not return your call or respond to your text messages (even though you can see that they read the message). In addition, the mastic work was horrible. The coping was painted with interior paint. When I brought it to their attention, they just wiped it down with a solution and painted over it with exterior paint. It is now starting to peel and they are ignoring my calls. I also thought my pool might be leaking and they were supposed to come out but they never did. Lastly, they charged me more than what they quoted me. During demo, the stairs needed to be redone with they never told me that was going to be an extra charge of $900. Very disappointed. read more

I swear what I'm about to say "Is the truth and only the truth so help me God!" Actually I have so many positive things to say that I really don't know where to begin. We just moved from L.A.County to Corona and had no idea who the best companies was to call in our area. When we moved into our home we soon learned that the beautiful pool was a MESS & Inoperable. Nothing worked the control panel was D.O.A and all the electrical had been cut and the pool plumbing was actually like a rubrics cube. If you wanted to start the jacuzzi or any other function you had to follow the arrows painted on the pipes!! I'm not kidding! This is our 4th pool home so we are pretty sure of pool problems and the cost but this pool was another story. Shane & Marco gave us a quote that was a little higher than we anticipated but they were so knowledgeable we hired them and I'm glad we did. These guys are so skilled and their crew was on top of everything. They fixed what needed to be fixed and then some. They did all the rewiring which was a challenge due to the wiring being underground. They also patched a 18" hole in the rock but didn't stop there they patched the rock all the way across. The optical lighting was so out dated they were unable to put new lights in so they patched the holes were the old lights were and put in a big flood light in in which they had to cut a hole in the rock. The flood light now faces the slide and the surrounding hill so our landscape now shines in the dark. How awesome is that! It's hard to find business theses days that are honest and doesn't gouge the customer and put the customer first. Our pool is being refilled as I speak and I'm so proud of the way it all turned out. The crew was so helpful and cleaned up their daily mess every night before leaving. Kind, respectful and non stop working. I tried giving them cookies but they were to busy to eat them. I should have known better since the last time I gave them a ice cream cone! Anyway this company is the BEST in my experience and opinion. We love all you guys. THANK YOU read more

I received multiple quotes from several contractors and most gave me the same song and dance. We can do whatever you want concrete everything remodel pool as you please it's going to take anywhere from 2 to 3 months. Reached out to A&S Aquatic and here comes Shane to not only listen to what we wanted but actually provide feed back. He explained why we shouldn't concrete our entire backyard in terms of not producing much heat but also to adhere to city ordinances. He also explained his vision for our pool which really made an impression. Finally the golden question how long from start to finish? A month!!!! I said is that a contractors month that really means two months and he looked me dead serious and said no a month is what it's going to be. He never pressured us in any way. He shook our hands left and said give me a call. My wife and I decided then and there if we were going to continue to remodel it would be with Shane. Contacted Shane next day said let's pull the trigger he said I'll pencil you in to meet Marco and start the job in three weeks. I said do you need a deposit he said I trust you let's plan on it. In the following week before we even met Marco I contacted Shane no less then three times to change the game plan due to budget constraints and he never once was frustrated. Even when I was frustrated with myself lol. He was always a true professional and even came back out to us to go over the game plan again. Finally once we settled we met Marco. Marco walked our backyard and gave us the fine details and insight into how the project would go and what our pay structure would look like. He always valued our opinion and kept us well informed. Once our project started it was a rocket. The teams that all came in are professional, courteous and respectful. To say these guys worked hard to complete the project not only on but AHEAD of schedule is an understatement. It was not uncommon for a crew to be working 10 hour days even on a Saturday. Throughout Marco always made time for any questions and kept in constant communication. He visited the site daily and he gave us suggestions that we never thought of. He also made subtle changes that we didn't ask or get charged for that REALLY made a great difference. He added steps to our pool equipment, outlets and extra drains without even asking and needless to say now that we are using the pool all of these things where game changers that we just didn't think about. Post project they have checked in with us to make sure everything is good and really care about their pool. I say that because that's what you get when you hire them. They treat your pool as if it was theirs. So if your looking to remodel STOP now the search is over contact Shane and Marco I guarantee you will not hire anyone else. Thanks guys wish I could give 6 stars I really do!!!! read more

I am so happy we decided to use A&S Aquatic Solutions for our spa and pool repairs. We had put the repairs off for several years, afraid of what we might find once we started. Shane came over to take a look and agreed we needed to have a leak detection done. He helped us assess the must have's from the nice to have's so we could keep the work within our budget. He also suggested some minor cosmetic updates that didn't cost much, but really updated the look of the pool. The crew was super organized, friendly, and efficient. The work they do is simply amazing and the customer service is outstanding from all employees. Highly knowledgeable and very clean.

I was sitting in traffic on the 210 next to a business van for this company. I gave them a call about repairing and possibly remodeling my pool...2 years later I am still smiling! Both Shane and Marco arrived and thoroughly inspected my pool and equipment. They wrote up a quote and I started with a new speed variable pump and filter. Ten months later they returned because we decided to go ahead with a new heater and a pool remodel. The original prices were honored and work began at the time scheduled. Each step, beginning with draining the pool and ending with two visits from a super pool maintenance gentleman went as scheduled. Every employee we encountered during the process were kind and professional. The pricing was fair and my pool looks amazing! So, 2 years later from that initial visit from Shane and Carlos, I just hung up from a FaceTime call where Shane walked me through an adjustment needed on my pump due to the very warm end of summer weather we are experiencing. I texted him, and he called me back 15 minutes later. ...still smiling! read more

My wife and I requested a quote for a pool at our house. Easily $100k job for what we wanted. We were recommended by someone in the neighborhood that had done work on their pool. First meeting, Shane didn't show up at the right time scheduled so I had to rush from work to the house. The work once there seemed fine so no harm no foul. Said 2 weeks we would have a design and a quote. Set the next meeting date. As we waited we sent a 3 text messages over the to him just to check in on progress, ideas, and that we were really excited to see what he had! No response. Nothing. Meeting date came around no show. Called his partner Marco to ask if he had heard from him and if we can expect to hear back which he said yes. No call back from either Shane or Marco. Proceeded to call Shane again no answer or call back. Messaged Shane again no response. Called Marco again no answer left vmail this time. No Call back. We could have been getting other quotes or designs done but instead these two guys just wasted my wife and I's time and completely ruined the experience for us. I am a business owner myself and these two are complete jokes.
