Can't say enough nice things about this experience. They are busy, so It took more than a week to get out, but we were able to get a new motor installed same day. However, that didn't solve all the problems which was a bummer but they were quick to come out again. They had to order a part and tell us what to do to prep the spa like drain it, and just like that, the leak was gone. It was a process, but when the service is absolutely wonderful, you don't mind getting your hot tub totally fixed! My kid uses it daily after sports, so it is a much-needed amenity at my house. I needed someone to service my spa as the person I was using sold his business. I soon discovered that finding someone for spa maintenance was not easy. Everyone I contacted only serviced pools. Luckily, I was given a referral for Klear Water Spas. Darren came out to look at what was needed and what it would cost for weekly spa maintenance. That was 2 years ago. A schedule was set up for weekly spa service and a drain and clean every 4 months. Nathan is my service tech and does an amazing job. My spa water is sparkling clean and I never have to worry about chemical balances. I was also given instructions on how much chlorine to put in after each use and what to do if the water gets cloudy. When I run low on chlorine, Nathan refills it. Just recently , I had a problem with my spa and a technician was sent out quickly to resolve it. I highly recommend Klear Water Spas. read more

I used Klear Water to maintain and drain & clean my jacuzzi. The workers took short cuts and did not perform all tasks assigned or billed. First, the monthly service. Danny was to tech and was always in a rush. He spread chemicals in first before testing. He recorded the monthly filter as completed when he never removed or cleaned them. I fired him. Second was the drain and clean. The technician admitted as he was leaving that he just rinsed off the filters, and did not spray clean. The underside of the cover and other items were not cleaned good or at all. The office staff is nice but have little management of the workers. I will not use again or recommend. read more

After receiving the part, one of the technicians came out and had it installed in about an hour. I just had my SPA cover replaced from normal wear and tear, they came out and measured my spa to ensure the dimensions were correct. I contacted Klear Water Spas to look at my spa because the heating pump was not working. I was help by Darren. He was very personable and was able to have his guys come to my residence in a timely manner. Adam was the tech that was sent. He was was running a bit behind schedule. He was apologetic, which I appreciated. One knows how traffic can be, so it was no fault of his. The pump was indeed broken. It would need to be replaced. Although the cleaning couldn't be done on that day Adam showed us what chemicals to use, how much, and in what order to use them in. Anthony was the second individual that was sent by Klear Water Spas. He gave the spa, filters and cover a thorough cleaning. He also took his time and was not rushed at all. He answered all of our questions pertaining to the spa. It was like chatting with an old friend. OVERALL: I highly recommend Klear Water Spas.
