I'm a new first-time homeowner and our house came with a beautiful red cedar hot tub! Having no experience with this type of maintenance, and wanting to get it ready / usable as soon as possible - I found SoCal Spa Co. with a quick Google search. Less than an hour after submitting a request on their website on a Sunday, I received a call from Fidel! Their assistant Rhiannon texted me on Monday to schedule a time, and by 2PM that day Cameron was here draining / cleaning / and setting up the chlorine. Cameron was super kind and very helpful - we'll be able to use the tub by tomorrow thanks to his great work!
