Cameron came to our home to diagnose a leak with a brand new bullfrog spa. He was the fourth technician sent to our home by various vendors. In a word, he was fantastic! Cameron spent an extensive amount of time exploring all options and was able to identify the source of the leak and explain why this issue as well as issues with several jet packs were covered by the manufacturers' warranty. He walked me through the work to be done to resolve both issue. We were impressed by Cameron's attention to detail, persistence and great customer service. Cameron knocked it out of the park.
