Recently our motor died, Mark replaced it for a reasonable fee. We almost went to an electrician for a service Mark was easily and readily able to handle for a much better price. We are satisfied customers! 7/20/14, Approximately 3 months ago we received a letter from Diamond pools letting us know our area was no longer going to be serviced by then. Mark had already contacted a supplier to take over our account. Personally, I would have preferred a warning about this change but, but luckily It all worked out as the replacement vendor does an excellent job. Mark selected an outstanding replacement.

He lubed it up and said it worked. Well it was still leaking. I left him a message to please call me. I text messaged him several times and he didn't reply for almost a month. Today he finally called back and said that he can't do anything for us. That we need to call the manufacturer ourselves for any warranty issue. The valve should last more than a month and a half. If you want warrantied work don't get your equipment from Mark!

Luis, the owner of SOL, provided a very comprehensive breakdown of the work he would perform, he was transparent with his pricing and provided realistic expectations, and his pricing was slightly lower than the competition. On the day of our appointment, I simply put our pool pump on 'Service' mode to prevent the pool equipment from running and Luis did the rest. Luis arrived 20 minutes earlier than his appointment time. He drained our pool extremely quick with his own pump, and immediately began cleaning our tiles.
