I'm a little tardy leaving this review for Spa Pros but I wanted to let everyone know how satisfied I was with the work performed. I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. Don't walk - run from this business. I enlisted them to clean my fountains. Upon reviewing the work in the one I looked at so far I found it is absolutely covered in algae. Disgusting and unsanitary. I took pictures which I'm attaching here and sent them to them. The response was to suggest that I try a brush or maybe some chlorine or something and maybe that would do the trick. I replied that I, silly me, presumed that cleaning the algae out of the fountain would be part of the job description of cleaning a fountain. Well if you were dumb enough to presume that too, just like me, you'd be wrong. Instead I​ was informed that they could actually also use a brush themselves to remove the algae but that would cost me an additional charge. Late last night I left a VM to spapros that my 14 year old Hot Springs spa keeps tripping the breaker. I let them know I had checked the Heater and it was not that. I expected this problem would probably be too big for me to handle. Early next morning, after getting more info on this issue, I decided to Check the Ozoneator. Voila, it was that. a little later Misty called me to get details and schedule an appointment. I had not had time to call them to let them know I will deal with the Ozoneator, so called them back to let them know I would not need them out after all. Misty asked what I had found. After hearing the issue, and before I ended the call, she gave me important hints and things to check. this type of customer concern is over and above. An honest & fair company in this day & age is hard to find. I've found one called Spa Pros ! This is the 2nd time I've used them. The first time was in 2017 when Justin replaced an air control switch. Justin even replaced my broken light & siliconed it back in for NO EXTRA CHARGE. Recently the spa control box GFCI (breaker) would not reset. Justin diagnosed it for $150, that my 220 Volt breaker of my individual house panel box for the spa needed to be replaced & the new one has a built in GFCI. This is also safer. I had it replaced by Quality Electrical & Daniel did a good job. A few days later, Justin let me know he was going to be in my neighborhood and offered to come back & inspected it for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE (from the original $150 diagnosis fee) to make sure everything was working properly. Great Service. Misty in the office is extremely detail oriented & knowledgable. She answered all of my questions or consulted with Justin & replied quickly. We are probably going to start using their maintenance service because for them to come over twice a month for $100 INCLUDING CHEMICALS will save us the time & hassle (even though I'm a penny pincher). A slight hiccup in the beginning, but a very professional phone call from Misty ironed everything out quickly and completely. We have an older above ground hot tub that hasn't been used for several years. When I lifted the cover a few weeks ago, it was like lifting the portal to Hell. After scheduling my appointment a week prior and waiting for them to show up, they delayed the meeting originally scheduled from 11a-1p and rescheduled to 1p-3p the same day. I asked them to give me a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival, after which they said they would be there around 5p. I was delayed 13 minutes due to heavy traffic on my way there, after waiting for them all day, over 7 hours and was told that they were not able to wait for me. The agent on the phone was extremely rude when I told her I was running late and said in order for them to wait for me (13 min) they needed a credit card to charge me for the service call.
