We couldn't figure out why our pool heater wasn't getting up to temp. Fortunately for us, Aqua Masters responded very promptly and we were able to get our heater fixed quickly. Our technician Andy walked us through what exactly was wrong was wrong with the heater and what part needed to be replaced. As soon as the replacement part came in, Aqua Masters fixed our heater that day. Andy even tested the heater to make sure it worked. read more

I ended my services over one month ago after paying over 30k for a new system that it turns out i didn't need. The company is still charging my card: FRAUDULENTLY. I haven't used their services but they're still charging me after i made it clear i no longer wanted their expensive service. I paid 300 dollars per month, in addition to multiple charges outside of the 300 for salt and chlorine repeatedly. Ive spent over 30k with this company in less than a year and i received very bad service, threats and continued usage of my card. Furthermore after bringing it to the owners attention he has threatened me and continued to charge my card. This VERY EXPENSIVE company has continued to charge my card WELL AFTER I FIRED THEM. The owner tried to get me to take my review down by threatening me and saying that i did lewd things in my backyard then he claimed they could see me doing lewd things in my home!! Both are lies. I have cameras everywhere. In effort to intimidate me into removing this honest review about the never ending cost and excuses to not get the job done... The owner has continued to charge my card after i let them go. I had to call my credit card company to block them from continuing to charge my card fraudulently. Do not trust these people. VERY EXPENSIVE, STILL CHARGING MY CARD OVER A MONTH LATER, AND ALSO THREATENING AND LYING ABOUT ME TO GET THE REVIEW REMOVED. After i spent so much money. PHOTOS INCLUDED SHOW THE OWNER RICHARD IS LYING: I WAS NOT CHARGED ONLY 7 DOLLARS. AND CHEMICALS OVER ONE MONTH LATER. THE RECEIPT SHOWS IT WAS ACTUALLY $16.61. NICKLE AND DIMING AFTER OVER CHARGING PEOPLE. 300 PER MONTH IS ALREADY OUTRAGEOUS TO CLEAN A POOL. IN ADDITION TO 16.61 MORE LONG AFTER THEYRE FIRED. read more

We called Aqua Masters in a panic when our pool motor quit (right before July 4th). They got back to us right away, diagnosed the problem, and whipped up an estimate immediately. At every point these guys were polite, professional, and friendly. I would not hesitate to call 'em for any kind of pool work. Aqua Masters, indeed the best pool service on this side of town - maybe in LA - believe me, we languished well over a decade with unprofessional & inferior service, diluted chemicals, pool turning green overnight, calcium build up left to bake in the sun summer after summer, excuses & missed appointments -- until 4 years ago when we signed with Aqua Masters. Wow what a difference a day makes... I might have blinked when told the cost but quickly understood the level of confidence, management & care they deliver. My technician is Nick, he perfectly evaluates, balances & executes great care leaving the pool sparkling each & every week - long since eradicating the years of calcium rocked on to the tile. Last week, high winds carried a heavy patio umbrella connected to it's base to the bottom of the deep end of the pool - unable to lift it out, even after bracing the sub temperature water...I ran home early the next day to meet Nick to discuss a method where I get underneath & he grabs the top -- but it was too late -- he had come early, retrieved the umbrella & left it neatly folded to the side ... in four years we have grown accustomed to having a very clean pool but never take the top tier level of customer service Nick & The Aqua Masters Team deliver for granted . Put me on the schedule, changed days so the pool turned worse in that time, showed up and left after quoting me $1200 ... one guy. Very expensive and did not even attempt to do the job they were hired for. Would not recommend. They didn't even bother to test the water and said I had to drain it even though it turned in just a few days. Found someone else who would test it the same day and actually try to fix the problem. We have been using Aqua Masters since we moved to our current house in 2021. We have a smaller spa/pool (we call it a "spool"), but they give us just as much attention as if we had a giant sized pool. Our pool technician is Nick G and he is excellent! When he maintains our pool, we know it will feel perfect on our skin the next time we decide to go in. Richard is also a great business owner and very attentive to any requests. They have tried to keep costs down for the customers, even as rates increase elsewhere. I would recommend them if you are looking for pool service. read more

We needed our main drain filter covers replaced as well as the wall covers, so I reached out to Richard, who responded quickly and got us scheduled right away. The team arrived on time, replaced the covers, and even cleaned out our drain and skimmers to make sure everything was in great shape before they left. The new covers fit perfect. I truly have mixed feelings about this company. On the plus side they were reliable, communicated well, sent about a nice email with photos every service interval and generally got the job done. On the minus side was primarily a very (very) high price. They were considerably more expensive than the pool company they replaced and are considerably more expensive than the company I replaced them with. In addition to the very high monthly rates they also charge for *everything* from chlorine to whatever which may seem understandable it seems very far from the norm compared to other companies. All of the nickel and dime items really add up and when you factor in the generally sky high prices I did not feel there was value there. read more

I've been using Aqua Masters for about three years and just today I was marveling at the quality of my pool so I figured I would leave a review. Richard and his team have been a pleasure to work with over the years and I can't remember a single instance where they weren't willing to go above and beyond to solve any problem. They are incredibly responsive - they usually respond within a few minutes - and I've yet to have any issue that they couldn't fix within 24-48 hours. Additionally, the weekly service is very thorough. I work from home so I can see the attention to detail first hand and I know how hard it is to clean these pools after storms and windy days. They show up on time, every time, and the pool is spotless when they leave. Even today, the day before our weekly service, it is incredibly clean. The periodic maintenance has also kept all my equipment in great shape. Really good service and, while not the cheapest in town, I definitely feel like you get good value. read more
