The plaster came off in sheets, the 1960s tile was covered in decades of calcium buildup, the coping was old red brick with mortar literally crumbling out, and some jets and plumbing didn't even work. The pool was technically swimmable, but it was depressing to look at. This summer our weekly pool cleaner told us the plaster was about to fail completely, so we started calling around for estimates. Most of the big corporate companies gave us inflated quotes and made us feel like just another job number. A trusted friend recommended Oscar's, so we checked Yelp, saw all the great reviews, and gave him a call. Oscar came out immediately, took careful measurements, walked us through every detail, and his knowledge and professionalism instantly won our trust. From there, the process moved quickly.
