From the very beginning, he was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done perfectly. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It's rare to find a company that treats you like more than just a customer, but that's exactly how we felt. The level of care, attention to detail, and pride in their work really shows. Our pool looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Cameron and his team to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and beyond exceptional service.

One of my favorite things about their service is the email update we receive after each visit. It includes a photo of our sparkling clean pool, the current pH levels, and even confirmation that our gates were closed and locked. That kind of attention to detail and communication gives us tremendous peace of mind. They were an absolute godsend after dealing with consistently poor service from our previous pool vendors. Even better, The Lazy Pool is actually cheaper while providing dramatically better service! They've also done excellent work servicing our pool system and filter whenever needed. I really can't recommend The Lazy Pool highly enough. Great service, great communication, fair pricing, and people you can trust. Five stars all the way!

Not to mention very informative I received photos of my pool when it's serviced and notifications when they will be cleaning the filters and the salt cell. Highly recommend!

In fact, the repairs he performed did not appear to even be necessary. When I contacted him to let him know the hot tub was still leaking, he offered to return and locate the leak; but wanted to charge me an additional $289/hour to do so. Considering that fixing the leak was the reason I hired him in the first place, I found that price ridiculous. I gave Sam an opportunity to make the situation right; he declined. His defensive response to my concerns only reinforced my impression that he was more interested in the money and defending himself than resolving the problem for his customer. The difference with the new company I hired has been night and day. They were far more professional and actually fixed the leak for a fraction of what Sam quoted me. They also seemed genuinely interested in solving the problem rather than simply running up the bill. I rarely post reviews, but I felt this experience deserved an honest one. Based on my experience, I would not use Sam's services again. Consumer beware.
