As often happens with older homes, surprises came up: our original 1964 gas and electrical lines were corroded and had to be replaced. Oscar handled everything--brought in trusted contractors, coordinated the work, and saved us the headache of dealing with multiple companies. While we were at it, we upgraded our equipment to a top-of-the-line Jandy system with Wi-Fi controls, plus added a heater and automatic pool filler. Yes, the budget went up, but every upgrade was worth it. Watching the transformation was amazing. Once the new tile, coping, and plaster went in, it felt like we had a brand-new pool built from scratch. The white plaster makes the water sparkle, the equipment runs quietly and efficiently, and with the heater and lights, we can swim comfortably day or night, year-round. Beyond the work itself, what made the experience so special was Oscar and his family. He's personable, honest, hardworking, and clearly cares about his craft. His crew was professional, respectful, and fast. By the end, it felt like we weren't just hiring a contractor--we were working with people who truly cared about making our home better. I've read other reviews where by you stop cleaning clients pools for questioning or criticism. I was not difficult to please. I simply wanted the job done right, especially for charging $850 for a manual pool cover. My neighbor got the exact same one for $200. My handy man bolted the cover for free after you refused. I did not return the equipment because I did not want you or your reps back on my property. Keep treating clients like this and you will be out of business. Oscar said he could come fix it (for a very fair and reasonable price) but also told me how to simply acquire the part myself and easily replace it with a screwdriver if I wanted to save money. Over the years, Oscar serviced the in-ground pool, the above-ground spa, and the backyard fountain, and always does a beautiful job. Discontinued the service without notifying me just because I disagreed about the price to replace the jacuzzi pump. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Cannot believe this. Even after contract signed and monthly charges agreed. Don't trust this pool service because you basically have to agree with Oscar or else he will stop service for no apparent reason without even notifying you. No business turns down customers just because customers argue or question about the charges! No one! Even Bezos from Amazon doesn't do that! Customers have the right to question about the charges that's how most customers act! After I already paid over $1000 with Oscar to replace my pool pump, he wanted me to accept this another new charge to replace the jacuzzi pump without questioning?
