We had a reliable pool guy when we moved into our house years ago but as his business grew bigger, he started hiring people who took over the care of our pool and the care was just never the same. The very first day he came to assess our pool he checked the chemicals and immediately noticed things that had never been brought to our attention. Our phosphate levels were off the chart, our water level was way too high, the filters were absolutely filthy and our pool light had water inside of it.
