We had a reliable pool guy when we moved into our house years ago but as his business grew bigger, he started hiring people who took over the care of our pool and the care was just never the same. Eventually, he sold the pool maintenance side of his business to focus on pool construction, and the care of our pool kept declining, and service became very irregular. Our final straw was the pool was turning green and we could not get a hold of our pool guy. We knew it was time to move on. The very first day he came to assess our pool he checked the chemicals and immediately noticed things that had never been brought to our attention. Our phosphate levels were off the chart, our water level was way too high, the filters were absolutely filthy and our pool light had water inside of it.
