Just recently, in the middle of the summer (of course) I had a major algae infestation in my pool. I was devastated when I was told by 3 different pool technicians that I would have to drain and refill the pool which would cost hundreds of dollars plus the cost of refilling it. Tried shocking it twice and nothing worked. Well, I read the reviews for ECOZEN on Yelp from many clients saying that Jerson worked miracles on their green pools so I thought I would give him a try. He responded promptly to my call and came the next morning. After troubleshooting a couple things, and doing some testing on the water he told me the phosphate levels were through the roof and so he treated the water for phosphates... plus, my filter had a crack in the manifold so that needed to be replaced- anyways, after taking care of these things, balancing the chemicals, and vigorously brushing and vacuuming the bottom several days, voila!! my pool is clearer than it's been in a long while. NO stars is more accurate! I spoke personally with Jerson as did the owner of the house and he stated that HE would be doing the pool service as originally agreed upon his hiring. NOT! I believe, excluding Jerson, there have been three other "pool" men doing the "service". Pool filter was supposed to be cleaned (at least) one to two times a year but has not been done in a year and a half. Rarely brushed pool and almost never brushed tile, unless mentioned - not the way it should be. Telephoned him once and never got a call back. I asked the other pool guy where he was and he told me Jerson was out of town. What a horrible businessman to not be of service to his clients and not making arrangements. Service has been spotty at best this whole time and finally made the decision to fire Jerson, in name only. I could not understand how the pool looked terrible each time, RIGHT after the pool service. Watched the guy one week and then three and saw he was not vacuuming the pool. Went out to confront him and TOLD him to vacuum the pool he said okay; REALLY? Bottom line: Lousy service, untruthful, unreliable, unprofessional and incompetent. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY.
