Do not use! My pool ended up looking pretty bad after a couple days of use. I used Jimmy's Pool service 2x a week for about a year . Christian was great. Him and I had a good working relationship. I can't say the same about my new tech as he doesn't speak english and the new manager won't facilitate a way for us to communicate. It was just discovered that my conditioner was at zero, so chlorine wasn't sticking around. Compound that issue with some other ones, such as rain, and it's a recipe for a perfect storm. I'm generally pretty laid back, but I expect good communication. What happened next is what let me know I was ready to move on. Things go wrong. It happens and I'm usually very understanding, but the new owner/manager refused to give me a phone call so we can remedy the situation. She then sends me a wall of text. I ask her to call me again and she sends me an even bigger wall of text. I felt like I was in a fight with my highschool girlfriend. The kicker is that she is blatantly incompetent. It wouldn't even be that bad, but she is also incredibly unreasonable. I know she has a lot going on in life right now as other reviewers have mentioned, but not taking ownership of a problem, trying to gatekeep communication, and treating customers this way is obviously not the right way to run a business. read more

I was so excited to find a fairly priced pool service company, however their communication was misleading and really disappointing. I was apparently texting and emailing with two different people. One of the email addresses was "lagunitassucks@...com" which should have been a red flag. We put in a new pool with pebble sheen. Another company did the start up. After a few weeks it all turned milky. We called on Jimmy's who came out and got the balance correct right aways. He then came back two days later to check on us. From then on, Jimmy's pool has been our weekly pool service. They are great with weekly summer balance and bi annual filter cleaning, they are also great at winterizing the pool for when we don't use it. I found Jimmy's Pool Service through Yelp. It had the best reviews. Other customers seem to have had the same swimming pool issues as mine and Jimmy was able to fix it. My pool had been looking green for months before I found Jimmy. I had complained to my previous Poolman many times that my pool was green but nothing changed.
