AMAZING!!!!!! At a time when many businesses are just out for a buck or are not experts at their craft, it's refreshing to work with Spa Pros. My spa leaked and after calling about 10 companies that do not repair spas, I was finally referred to Spa Pros. I spoke to Misty who is extremely friendly, and knowledgeable and set expectations and worst-case scenario. I figured the repair would be expensive, but our family uses the spa all the time and we needed the repair. The appointment was made around my schedule, I received a call 30 minutes before arrival time as requested and luckily, Justin came out. He is extremely proficient and did not gouge me at all. As a person, he's cool and an awesome guy. He fixed everything in a short time and when he told me the price, I was surprised because it was so low. I wish all companies ran this way. I highly recommend Spa Pros! I have an old spa that I love and have decided to replace the parts instead of the whole thing. So when my spa died I called Spa Pros and Justin came out and fixed everything up perfectly. Surprisingly, instead of replacing my entire console he found a broken wire and fixed it cheaply and adjusted everything. What can I say? There are a few honest service providers out there and Justin is a good example of this. He was not only clear and transparent about the work that needed to be done on my spa, but he also ensured he showed me what the problem was once he figured out where the leak was coming from and the type of work and parts needed to mitigate the problem. He ordered the pump, replaced it and had my spa acid washed. Days later, I realized the water continued to drain (as it was doing before he replaced the pump) and he came back immediately and informed me that the pump was defective and needed to be replaced by manufacturer... all parts and labor were 100% under warrantee. He not only reordered new part, he came back, helped me with two other items I needed fixed, which he did at no additional charge and when I asked if he could have the debris cleaned after the replacement was done, he didn't even hesitate or think about it twice, he just did it, because it was the right thing to do. Thank you Justin and team for your work and for taking care of my spa... I know it still has another 5 years of working condition, and I owe it to Spa Pros! Update: Our pump that was installed about 10 months ago was having some issues this month so I called Spa Pros to come have a look. Justin who serviced our spa and installed the pump found the issue and determined it would need to be replaced. There was no service charge because we were still within our warranty, which was a pleasant surprise. Within hours of my appointment, I got a phone call from Misty at Spa Pros and she let me know a new motor has been ordered and will be installed at no charge, covered under our warranty. She had our appointment set up for the following week. Today was our appointment and Justin arrived and got right to work. He installed our new pump and apologized for the inconvenience and had our new pump running within 30 minutes. He was very professional, always leaves a clean work space, and he was so nice to my Labradors who wanted to be right next to him every second! First guy filled the jacuzzi putting the hose in the middle of jacuzzi with high pressure,instead of filling from filter side so consequently jacuzzi got air lock. Second guy from same company did even worse he burns the circuit board . They are nothing but destroyers now I have to change the whole control board which will cost me 656 plus shipping . I have a 5 year old Outdoor Jacuzzi spa. It has 2 pumps, 1 failed. I called Spa Pros and within a few days they came out to do the inspection for a $65 fee that will go towards the job in case I hire them ( completely understood and fair). Justin came out, he was within the 2 hr time frame scheduled ( they also called me 30 minutes before his arrival as I requested, which was very helpful). He followed all the COVID-19 procedures and was very courteous and professional. He gave me the price to replace the pump. Since he needed to order the pump he scheduled the repair for 2 weeks later. Came on time again (2 weeks later) and replaced the pump and everything was working great. A few days later I noticed I'm losing more water than usual, I called them again and they came to see what was the issue. We then found out that a pipe was leaking ( damn you rodents...), they quoted me $250 to fix it ( I felt it was a bit too much since it was only 1 little vinyl air pipe ) so I asked if they could do it for less, They said they'll do their best. he came back and fixed it and eventually said he won't charge me at all! Wow that was a nice gesture, I already agreed to pay $250 but he still didn't charge. You definitely earned a customer and I will highly recommend you to everyone I know. Our spa was no longer working. At the beginning we thought it was a problem with electricity so we called an electrician who said it was a problem with the spa. After having gotten the run around or no return calls from three other companies and being very frustrated I called Spa Pros. Immediately Misty answered the phone and within minutes said they can repair my spa and asked me to send a picture of the pump or I could have a tech come out to look at it. As I knew the motor was blown I opted to send a picture. She then responded Justin would be out within a week to repair the spa and the motor was available and being ordered. This after the last company with fairly decent but not great Yelp reviews said the motor wasn't available at all. Sure enough Justin showed up a week later as promised and was not only impeccable in his expertise and service but a really nice guy. He explained everything and never rushed. Also gave me great tips. Then to top it off there were no hidden fees and he was true to his word. I have been having problems with my spa for months now and no one has been able to fix it properly. This guy Justin at Spa Pros was great. He doesn't sell new spas, just fixes them, so when he says mine is not worth fixing, I believe him. He came out to evaluate for free and didn't charge me when I asked him to drain the tub (cover is ripped, so water got inside with all the rain). We used Spa Pros when we bought our house to confirm whether an older Jacuzzi was in working order, and their diagnostics and advice were on point. Recently, we had them come out to do a full service and acid treatment, and the tech took his time to explain the status of the spa, both good and bad. Other companies tried to urge us to do a full-spa replacement for $15,000. Spa Pros did a treatment, let us know which parts were working very well and how much life was left, as well as what needed to be fixed. We have a couple heater parts that need to be fixed, but Spa Pros gave us a reasonable estimate for parts and labor, and we are proceeding with them for the work. Fixed the pump, put in a brand new super big heater, and did a whole bunch of trouble shooting of our electrical outlets and fuse box to find out why the spa was tripping the circuits. Spa Prosis fantastic! I had to reschedule a couple of times, they never sounded like it was a hassle or gave up on me lol. Misty was so great, very friendly and patient with my zillion questions and super knowledgeable. They also didn't charge me for the diagnostic when it turned out to be something super simple. And the detail was nothing short of miraculous! The spa had been turned off for two years and the water had just been sitting in there, it was super rusty and basically all around scary.
