From the first conversation Jeff was responsible, honest and extremely helpful. Diagnosed the problem, got the tub up and running in no time. Honest and ethical. Exactly what I wanted. Thanks again Jeff read more

Wow! I wish all contractors and repairmen were like Jeff. I have a twenty year old LA Spas hot tub that was leaking badly, the LED lights that cover most of the top of the spa and change color were not working (which ruins the ambiance), and the control panel overlay was cracked and crumbling. For a surprisingly reasonable price, Jeff fixed the leak and got the lights working again. He also found a replacement overlay for the control panel and texted me a link to buy it directly from the manufacturer, since it was easy to install. Jeff is honest, experienced and easy to work with and I highly recommend him and his company. read more

Hot Tub Paradise - New control panel decal makes my 20 year old spa look brand new. Thanks Jeff!! - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me

Communicated clearly when they could come out. Communicated the time period when they would be here, and then when they were on the way. Courteous service man (Ray) that quickly diagnosed the issue. Doubled checked with the home office. Provided a quote and said he had the parts on the truck and could do the job. Offered to repair then or to think about it and let him know. Did it then and we have our hot tub back on. read more

Sent a request for service and Jeff the owner immediately replied. We jumped on the phone and he spent about 20 mins asking questions and triaging. We sent him a photo of the flow control valve and he immediately knew the issue. He explained how to fix it and walked me through it on the phone. Incredible value and a real professional. Could have easily set up the appointment, come out, done the service and charged me a few hundred. But he is the real deal. I offered to pay and he declined. Amazing experience and will refer to all friends with hot tubs. read more

I have had more than a few hot tup repairmen in my time. Jeff from Hot Tub Paradise is #1 in my book!

Very impressed with Jeff and his team, and happy with how responsive Jeff is. If you text him, he gets right back to you. He also keeps his clients in the loop about day changes or if you will have a different person servicing your spa. Moreover, when we had a small issue last week, he got right back to us and offered to come on Monday to fix it himself The rates are reasonable, too. Highly recommended! read more

The spa stopped heating. Jeff found the problem was a damaged circuit board. He answered all my questions and showed me the damage on the board. He ordered and installed a new one and then went on to make sure ALL of the spa features worked properly - stuff I didn't even know it had. He and his helper were prompt, informed, professional and personable. Will absolutely reach out to them if there are any other problems and have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks, guys. read more

Jeff went above & beyond to locate the issue with our spa & ensuring it was repaired before charging us for his service.

Jeffrey was very helpful in getting us back up and running. There were multiple issues that he had to troubleshoot and repair. He had to return the next day to replace a pump. It looks like it's woking well so far! Thanks for your help. George E. read more

Provided me with extensive, awesome, and extremely useful information!

Quick response for estimate. (2 days). Cost: $125 for estimate but nothing in writing. First, I was told that there is at least one mouse under my Jacuzzi and I need to get an exterminator before they will work on it. Secondly, the fix starts with a new pump at $1275 and up from there if anything is discovered once the water is flowing. Ultimately, they could fit me in soon, but the price could go up to $4000 to fix my older Jacuzzi nice guys and before they left, they were more supportive. It wasn't until I contacted another spa repair service that I got very helpful information about my options. read more

We have our spa serviced annually, and this year we tried Hot Tub Paradise. I spoke with Jeff, we arranged a day, time, and charge. He sent Ray out to our home. Ray is a very knowledgeable young man, and he not only cleaned our spa, but gave me some valuable tips. Great job, guys. See you next year. read more

Called Jeff and made an appointment. Our hot tub stopped working all of a sudden. He asked a few questions and then showed up on time the day of our appointment. He spent some time checking out our jacuzzi and figured out the problem pretty quickly. Jeff is a super cool dude. He had our jacuzzi up and running in a few hours. Woohoo! I definitely recommend Paradise for your jacuzzi needs. I think they only service jacuzzis, but double check with them! I will continue to use Paradise Spa for my jacuzzi needs! Thanks Jeff! read more

Our spa stopped heating. I tried to solve it on my own, but realized it was too complex to change the heater and control panel. Jeff came out, analyzed what was wrong with our spa and I learned that I'd guessed wrong. He quickly removed the defective part and advised on purchasing a more modern version, rather than replacing with the original part. He always showed up when he said he would. His pricing was fair. His tenacity at inspecting and staying with the problems that existed was impressive. Our 25 year old backyard jacquzzi now operates like its brand new! I highly recommend calling Paradise Pool & Spa Service for any issue or for maintenance. read more

I use them for spa service and repair. They have given me same day service and very reasonable. Best spa service in the area.

Jeff is passionate about making his customers happy and feeling well taken care of. He is a busy guy and deserves to be. He had a full day meeting clients then got home and helped me trouble shoot a problem over the phone. I let him know I was comfortable going under the hood and he walked me through every step drawing on pictures to help me understand and learn. If the problem wasn't covered by warranty he would have come out to do the job. He was more focused on helping me diagnose the problem rather than focused on an invoice for time he spent on the phone. That's when you know that you found a company that is all about honesty and integrity. For anything I need for my spa, we will be calling Jeff from now on. He asked if I would share my story as a thank you and I wanted to take the time for him to do it. Your search is over if you are looking for someone that can help you with your pool or spa. read more

Jeff and team are fantastic. I called regarding my Sundance spa as it was not working. Jeff and team quickly identified the problem, provided me with an estimate and ordered the parts. The customer service was fantastic, the pricing was very competitive, and they delivered on time and within budget. I've used another large name spa company in Camarillo, and felt ripped off and belittled. Not so with Paradise Pool & Spa. They are the best. Thank you Jeff and team for an outstanding job. My family thanks you. read more

Best spa service I've found around here to date. Super helpful over the phone and during the spa service. Called Jeff on two occasions and both he was very polite, professional. Showed up wearing a mask and fixed the spa. This is the second time we've had someone service the spa. The last time it was through a different company and they tried to charge us more because he spoke with me at the beginning and then the person home to provide payment was a different person. Not Jeff, he charged as agreed for the repairs and was very helpful and patient answering questions. I'll be calling Paradise Pool & Spa for future spa needs. Definitely recommend Paradise Pool & Spa! read more

I bought an older coffin hot tub that had wiring issues and a bad topside panel. Every other company wanted me to buy a new hot tub saying it was junk. Jeff came out and inspected it, said everything was running okay but the panel isn't lighting up all the time. He didn't charge me for the visit to check out my hot tub. He said call if it stops lighting up again. So I did. He bought a spa pack and replaced everything underneath. He explained all the chemicals and was very patient with everything. It works great now and is like new. If you need ANY spa work go to this guy. He is very fair and won't try to sell you something. He cares and takes time to repair the stuff and educate you versus selling you stuff. Great work, very professional, and trustworthy. Thanks Jeff and Ray. read more

I called Jeff to come out because my control panel on my heater was not lighting up as bright as it had in the past. He was very honest and said that he did not see anything apparently wrong with it as he could read the current temperature OK. At my request he did open it up and check everything underneath and all checked out to be fine. Then it dawned on me that I had just had a large Podocarpus Tree taken down where the branches went around the top of the pool equipment wall providing lots of shade. Now the sun was over the control panel most of the day making it more difficult to see the control panel lights. We all had a good laugh. Jeff did not charge me and I would definitely call him again this time for a real problem. I appreciated his honesty!!! Jean, Oxnard read more

With the promise of a free month and a reference from a friend of a friend, I gave Paradise Pool Service a try. Could not have made a better choice so I felt a positive review was in order. The gentleman who serviced my spa arrived punctual, clean, prepared, and delivered as promised. Rates after my 1st month are just as competitive if not better than other services I have tried. I think I have found my go to spa service for the future. Good Job Paradise. read more

I called the company to ask for a quote which they did over the phone, and was a lot more reasonable than other companies i spoke to prior. Best part, they accept credit cards. I already recommended this company to two other friends. My pool has never been better. read more

Paradise Pool has been absolutely amazing at taking care of our pool for over a year now. In addition to having great rates, Jeffrey is incredibly helpful, responsive, and good at what he does. His staff take care of our pool perfectly and he has been available by phone, text, or email whenever I need. In addition, when I have had problems with our pool outside of our regular cleaning, Jeffrey has come out personally to show me what we needed to do and walk me through all the steps.
