I have a twenty year old LA Spas hot tub that was leaking badly, the LED lights that cover most of the top of the spa and change color were not working (which ruins the ambiance), and the control panel overlay was cracked and crumbling. For a surprisingly reasonable price, Jeff fixed the leak and got the lights working again. He also found a replacement overlay for the control panel and texted me a link to buy it directly from the manufacturer, since it was easy to install. Communicated clearly when they could come out. Communicated the time period when they would be here, and then when they were on the way. Courteous service man (Ray) that quickly diagnosed the issue. Doubled checked with the home office. Provided a quote and said he had the parts on the truck and could do the job. Offered to repair then or to think about it and let him know. Sent a request for service and Jeff the owner immediately replied. We jumped on the phone and he spent about 20 mins asking questions and triaging. We sent him a photo of the flow control valve and he immediately knew the issue. He explained how to fix it and walked me through it on the phone. Incredible value and a real professional. Quick response for estimate. (2 days). Cost: $125 for estimate but nothing in writing. First, I was told that there is at least one mouse under my Jacuzzi and I need to get an exterminator before they will work on it. Secondly, the fix starts with a new pump at $1275 and up from there if anything is discovered once the water is flowing. Ultimately, they could fit me in soon, but the price could go up to $4000 to fix my older Jacuzzi nice guys and before they left, they were more supportive. It wasn't until I contacted another spa repair service that I got very helpful information about my options. read more

The last time it was through a different company and they tried to charge us more because he spoke with me at the beginning and then the person home to provide payment was a different person. I bought an older coffin hot tub that had wiring issues and a bad topside panel. Every other company wanted me to buy a new hot tub saying it was junk. Jeff came out and inspected it, said everything was running okay but the panel isn't lighting up all the time. He didn't charge me for the visit to check out my hot tub. He said call if it stops lighting up again. So I did. He bought a spa pack and replaced everything underneath. He explained all the chemicals and was very patient with everything. It works great now and is like new. If you need ANY spa work go to this guy. He is very fair and won't try to sell you something. I called Jeff to come out because my control panel on my heater was not lighting up as bright as it had in the past. He was very honest and said that he did not see anything apparently wrong with it as he could read the current temperature OK. At my request he did open it up and check everything underneath and all checked out to be fine. Then it dawned on me that I had just had a large Podocarpus Tree taken down where the branches went around the top of the pool equipment wall providing lots of shade. Now the sun was over the control panel most of the day making it more difficult to see the control panel lights. We all had a good laugh.
