Matt did an outstanding job with the sewer scope inspection at the new house we're planning to purchase. He arrived right on time, started by scoping the sewer from an existing cleanout, and clearly explained what he was seeing and what it meant--step by step--so we felt informed the entire time. What really impressed me was how thorough and persistent he was. He continued the inspection from the front of the house where the cleanout was extremely difficult to locate. When he couldn't find it easily, he went through the toilet, pinpointed the cleanout location, found that it was buried underground, uncovered it, opened it, and ran the camera through that line to make sure there were no root issues or hidden problems. He didn't stop there. He also opened a sealed cleanout and ran the camera through that side as well, just to confirm the other portion of the house didn't have roots or any concerns. That level of detail and effort gave me a lot of confidence in the condition of the sewer lines. I was more than pleased with Matt's work--professional, knowledgeable, and truly thorough. If you're buying a home and want peace of mind, I highly recommend Matt. He does an amazing job. read more

Great work and honest pricing. No surprises or gimmicks. Matt has a laid-back, casual approach that comes off as highly confident and he 100% delivers and then some. I had a bunch of maintenance items to do on a new house purchase. One day I stop by to check on progress to see a giant mound of dirt and someone 5 feet in the ground digging away and the next day, it was like it never happened and he was never there expect to see the new stuff of course. Super pleased and really appreciate his honesty and integrity. Highly recommended. read more

Matt has worked on several plumbing issues we've had in our house. He's always been incredible at solving the problem in an efficient and professional manner. Most recently, after successfully re-routing and re-aligning our P-trap with our new sink, we noticed another leak at a different location where our contractor had done the assembly. Matt came back the next day, diagnosed the issue, fixed it in a flash. We are always so impressed with his knowledge and experience, not to mention his incredible 'Can Do' attitude, we'll never call, or trust, another plumber to work in our home but Matt. -James F read more

Had ServPro look at the leak that we were having, sent out for a plumber, misdiagnosed it and I told them it did not sound accurate but he made me aware he was the plumber and they have been doing this for years. Needless to say, that I did everything they told me and they were in fact, incorrect. Still charged an arm and a leg. Called Matt, he was here the same day to assess the leak, where it came from, explained it to me while showing me, and took care of it right away. It's going on a little over a year and still use him for all our plumbing needs. Very honest, very knowledgeable, very professional and VERY competitive in price. Highly recommend Matt. Thank you, Matt. read more

Matt is an excellent, knowledgeable, prompt and professional plumber! Friendly, courteous and hard working. Fair prices.

We just bought a house in Camarillo. The guest bathroom had a couple issues with the plumbing. We found Matt through Yelp and he was fantastic. He picked up the phone when I called and was easy to communicate with and schedule a visit to inspect the problem areas. He called to ask if it was ok that he arrive earlier than anticipated which was great because we have a baby with an early bedtime. He was clean, organized and knowledgeable. He replaced our bathtub spout, toilet flange (old one was cracked which he showed me before the repair), reset the toilet, and repaired the faucet in a timely fashion. I watched him work and appreciate his meticulous and methodical approach. His pricing is fair and the fact that he was so personable is icing on the cake. Kudos for professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone in the area in need of plumbing services. read more

I stumbled upon Matt when my HOA called him out to attend to a leak in my dining room area. Once he performed the service, I realized that he was very knowledgeable about plumbing as he disclosed to me the reason and process as to how he was resolving the issue. In addition, I felt that he was courteous, cleaned up after his work and was very honest, which prompted me to asked him to take a look at my bathroom, separate from the HOA call. My bathroom sink had an issue where I needed help to replace a facet/sink part and the price he quoted me was fair and reasonable compared to industry standards. All in all, the professionalism, quality of work, and his knowledge makes him a good plumber based on my experience as a homeowner of 5+ years and dealing with plumbing issues. What a great find for me and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for the qualities I mentioned above. read more

Thank you Matt for taking care of the water heater for our family. We were in a real jam and Matt came through with flying colors. I would highly recommend Matt as this was the second time we have used his services and both we were impressed with his professionalism. read more

Matt quoted me one price of $365 to install a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal this past week, and today his price jumped to $450. That is $85 more just one week later. On top of that, when I brought the price difference to his attention, he didn't honor the price he quoted me earlier. Very unethical. read more

Matt is AMAZING!!!!! We recently bought an older home and 5 days before close of escrow the main sewer line was backed up. A month prior, a previous plumbing company jetted the main sewer line which caused settled debris to break away causing a blockage weeks later. This same company then quoted us $4200 to dig, cut and jet the line to push all the debris into the city line. We then called Matt. He came over same day and it was on his day off. He looked at what the previous company quoted work and description of the problem. Matt put his camera down the sewer line which he located the blockage. He ran the snake through the existing sewer clean-out to break up the blockage. This took some time and Matt really knew what he was doing. In the end, Matt was able to break away the blockage without digging and cutting the pipe. He simply took his time and used the existing sewer clean-out. This guy is amazing! He's got 20+ years of experience and you can definitely tell. Where a different company wanted to charge us $4200 for digging and cutting the line, Matt was able to use the snake and camera and charged us under $500!!!!! WOW. I know nothing about plumbing. Matt was certainly a great guy to be around and very pleasant. This is exactly the person you want doing any work. Thank you Matt for everything. read more

Had a leak from an upstairs shower into a downstairs bathroom. Called Matt and he quickly answered and set a time. Showed up on time - reliable, minimized damage to perform the inspection (issue is not plumbing related but is tile and GC related) and was extremely reasonable in terms of price. You can easily tell he takes pride in his work and treats every case like it's his own house. Would absolutely recommend Matt and will definitely call him if ever in need again. read more
