William Dean been to my rental unit twice for separate projects. One time was to extend a copper pipe that was in the wall and needed to be connected to a refrigerator. The second time was to change out two shower valves. I feel extremely fortunate to have had Mr. Dean to complete these projects. Mr. Dean arrived in a timely manner and was polite and cordial. I really enjoyed meeting him and talking with him about his work. His reputation has leaked out . I had old disintegrating faucets in two bathrooms to replace. What to do and where to start. Ask some friends, and got a recommendation for William plus I had seen his good reviews on Yelp. Called him, explained the situation and he recommended a couple of plumbing supply stores. Picked out replacements faucets and waited, and waited and waited for them to arrive (heavy sigh, supply chain issues coupled with TX freeze, no stock for long time, life is fun, eh! If you want an actual honest plumber, get Dean to your house ASAP! We found Dean after we had two plumbers come out to fix our plumbing issues in our kitchen sink. After we got told we needed to buy an entire water softening system for $12,000 by one and to redo all our pipes for $19,000 by another, we were soooooo happy we called William. He came over and actually looked at our pipes saw the issue was something way simpler and only needed a small section of piping to be replaced and done correctly (with the right slope). Gave William Dean Plumbing a call and arranged a walk through with his lead plumber for a home repipe. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and we discuss an efficient layout while keeping any necessary drywall cut outs to a minimum which I greatly appreciated. Shortly after our meeting, he gave me an estimate which was very fair especially compared to the other plumber estimates that I considered very high for the same work. Once I hired them for the job, he was able to quickly schedule a date that accommodated my time off. On the morning of the job, his crew of six were: prompt, professional, clean and ran like a well-oiled machine. They worked steadily through the day and stayed abit later than I expected so they could finish the entire job in one day. Not uncommon for a job such as this, there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed but William was very easy to get in touch with and all was resolved in a timely manner. I'm really glad I called William Dean for my plumbing issues. He saved the day! Yesterday the sewer drain was clogged and I had no idea of what was happening. My toilets were gurgling, bubbling up, spilling out and not flushing. The kitchen sink was also leaking outside the house with my dirty dish water. William was very patient, friendly and knows his stuff. Roots had broken into the pipe so it was blocked. We had a tile guy at the house, at the same time, who ironically has used William's services as well. The tile guy later told me this guy is the best and I shouldn't use anyone else. That was good to hear. Today he came out to fix the garbage disposal that came loose. Not his fault; just a powerful disposal and a brand new sink and countertops and it got loose.
