Jerry is prompt, professional, and truly an expert in clearing drains. Our shower was backing up and we had a different plumber come first that told us he could not open it up with his snake and that we probably have a broken pipe which he said we would need to open up a wall and pull up our flooring to get to. Thank God we started exploring other plumbers for a second opinion and came across Jerry's company. He was confident that he could open it up and that we do not have a broken pipe based on his experience. Sure enough he came the next morning and was able to clear the drain with ease! If you have a drain that needs clearing or any plumbing work to be done, go straight to the expert and call Jerry! read more

So grateful that we've had Jerry's help and used Pro Solutions twice now for our plumbing needs. Both times were A+ experiences and I'll be continuing to use them for all of my plumbing tasks as they come up. A few years ago I used Pro Solutions and Jerry came out for a water pressure issue that impacted our sinks and shower. Jerry was thoughtful and a good communicator on the issue. He fixed the issue immediately and that experience stuck with us. Fast forward to this week, we used them again. Thankfully, no emergencies but I had one toilet needing a tweak and needed hardware changed in one of my bathrooms for the shower and sink that was long overdue. Even though my request wasn't an emergency, Jerry offered to come out within hours of my request to fix everything and was communicative even late into the night (when my toilet started acting up so I frantically messaged them) talk about stellar availability and service. Next day I had Jerry at my door, he was punctual, professional and did a great job of explaining everything so that I could understand what needed to be done, the pricing, and options for the replacement pieces. It was all a seamless and easy process. Jerry was also quick and efficient which was another bonus. What gives this company extra brownie points in my books though is their honesty...To elaborate, I had partially fixed the issue with my toilet before Jerry came but there was still something slightly off about the water levels... after telling Jerry he was able to tweak the part that I didn't know how to fix and literally in seconds, he had the issue resolved. Given what a quick fix it was and that he was already out to help with other plumbing issues, he didn't charge me for the toilet fix. Little things like that go a long way because any other plumber would've likely charged me just for even touching it/assessing it. That shows me that they care about their long-term business and customers, so they aren't out to make a quick buck. Honest, hardworking people are the kind of businesses I'll always go back to for repairs and projects. Two separate experiences and I was a happy customer both times. I'd highly recommend using pro solutions, plumbing and rooter for your house repair needs. Thanks Jerry and Team! read more

I've had Pro Solutions out two times now, first to replace a shower valve cartridge, and later to replace a shower drain flange. Both times they did quality work at a reasonable price. For the drain, I had another company tell me that it might be a big job requiring cutting open the wall. I'm glad I subsequently reached out to Pro Solutions, because they figured out that only the drain flange needed to be replaced, and with a lot of effort they were able to get it unstuck. I appreciated their expertise and them saving me from unnecessary work. They also cleaned up well and treated my home with respect. Highly recommend! read more

Our kitchen sink and bathroom sink have been clogging up for a while and tried to fix on our own. We finally had to get a professional to fix it and glad we called Pro Solutions! Jerry was able to come on the same day I called and fixed both kitchen and bathroom quickly. He gave us advice on maintenance and a 3 month warranty! I'd recommend and hire them again! read more

Pro Solutions did an outstanding job replacing all household drain lines under raised foundation, adding a RV connection, and installing new washing machine valves. Coordinating various elements of the job with Jerry (owner) was straightforward and communication fantastic. His team, including Vincente and Orlando, was responsive and did great work. Highly recommend! read more

Pro Solutions has been amazing to work with. They have previously installed a new water heater, fixed a clog and today reinstalled my new water faucet (which was previously installed poorly by another plumber). I have confidence that their work is done well and are now my first call for my plumbing needs. They are professional and aim to get you back up and running as soon as possible, which for me is fantastic! 5 stars all the way around!! read more

I wanted my sewer system scoped and hydro-jetted. Jerry and crew responded in a speedy manner and came out on Thursday the 13th of March ready to work and finish the job even in the rain if necessary. You get the company owner (Jerry) and crew not some sub-contractors. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jerry was also happy to answer plumbing questions unrelated to the job at hand. They cleaned out the system and all is flowing like new. They provide a before and after video as well. This outfit is the real deal, I will hire them for all my plumbing needs going forward. Look no further if you are in need of their services. read more

Jerry came and fixed our dishwasher by using his equipment to clear out the food debris in about 15 minutes! Before this visit, one of his guys installed our new garbage disposal and found abd fixed a leak quickly. Excellent, helpful, and fast service. Also, prices are moderate to low. I got stuff fixed quickly and it was cheaper than the other plumbers we have had. read more

Pro solution responded quickly and got the work done fast. We are super happy with the quality of work.

On the positive side, the 2 plumbers that came out from Pro Solutions were able to remove the old vanity completely from the wall in order to get to the valves that needed to be replaced. They did this to make their job much easier, although apparently they didn't need to. On the negative side, they said they couldn't get the vanity out of the bathroom because they couldn't get it around the corner in the hallway. They also said they didn't have parts to complete the job so they needed to run out and pick some up. While they were gone, I tipped the vanity up on it's side and was able to get it outside by myself. They returned and completed the plumbing repair. IT WAS DONE WELL. However, when they closed up the wall, as you can see in the picture, they just placed the wainscoting panel in place, and didn't do any wall repair, which I have since learned no plumber actually does. They could have left it open. So, this review is more of a heads up to let you know to clearly communicate with anyone who comes to do work in your home. One last thing... They took the P-trap with them and it turned out to be a very difficult part to replace due to the age of my home. The happy ending is that our new vanity is in. read more

We live in Camarillo in the middle of the neighborhood that severely damaged by the Mountain fire. While our house was spared for the most part, our pool sustained quite a bit of damage. We needed to have our pool drained and acid bathed before refilling. I contacted Pro Solutions to see if they could help us with our clean out trap as this was the only way the county would allow pools with soot and ash to be drained. Jerry returned my call immediately and made a quick appointment. He and his coworker spent a great deal of time finding our clean out trap. It had apparently been buried by a former landscaper. Jerry made a second appointment, modified the trap, and ensured it was completely accessible for our pool company to use to drain our pool. Jerry and his crew has helped us a few time since with plumbing needs. He is always very responsive and ensures that all of the work is complete before he leaves. He has even helped us attempt to obtain a water leak refund from our water company. Great guy. Great service. read more

Diego was awesome! Our kitchen sink started to flood so I called this business (they picked up right away) & they were able to give me a quote over the phone AND come out just hours later to fix it. I called a lot of other places and they couldn't get to us for days, but this company came right away. The sink looks beautiful, he explained things to us and seemed he loved his job. He wore a mask, was very clean, cleaned up after himself, and they all looked very professional with their brand on their shirts, stickers, and even trucks. Very quick & easy and Diego was so kind. Will be calling them again. read more

I've used Pro Solutions twice and am very pleased with their professionalism and customer service. Their fees are reasonable and they know what they're doing. I made a mistake of calling a plumber off a magazine ad to unclog our kitchen sink and ended up having to call Pro Solutions to take care of the issue due to the other plumber not being able to solve my problem. I had a clogged sewer drain which I tried to clear myself with an auger but was unable to do so. I called them for help. Diego came by within an hour of my call and after having the same trouble attempting to clear the sewer drain was able to get it cleared with a hydro jet. The hydro jet was pricey but seeing just how much it it cleared from the sewer drain it was worth every penny to have had it done. They gave a 6 month guarantee as well. Professional, courteous, responsive and effective. Should I ever need to call a professional for plumbing issues in the future I will not hesitate to call them again. read more

Once in a while we need an upgrade with our plumbing in our home. This go around we had a bathroom faucet that was running while the shower head was being used. It was an old shower faucet that came with the house when we bought it 10 years ago. So it was time. Contacted a few plumping companies via Yelp on a Friday night but Pro Solutions Plumbing and Rooter replied back to me instantly. Only a 2-3 minutes have lapsed. Monday morning they were here on time (2 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time), surveyed the issue, offered me a quote and got to work. It was seamless and effortless how it should be. These guys were professional all the way. They even went to several home improvement stores to purchase a handle that matched what I wanted. I found my forever plumber with Pro Solutions Plumbing and Rooter. Thanks for the great job!! read more

I am very impressed with Pro Solutions. They installed a brand new Water heater a few months back at a very reasonable price. I normally do not post reviews for these types of jobs until some time has passed to make sure the job will pass the test of time. This was definitely a job well done. Its been 3 + months and the newly installed water heater has performed excellent. Its actually heating better then the previously installed heater ever did. The two plumbers that came out gave me a quick and clear quote. Very straight forward but also very well explained. They were super friendly. Even though they had to source the water heater due to the specific size and specs they were able to turnaround quickly and got it within 12 hours and installed it the very next day. The work took just over 2 hours. For the type of job it was they were very quiet and professional. No loud music or loud yelling back in forth. Super professional and curtious. They kept me up to date with the installation status and even brought additional associates to help them remove the old heater which was a great plus for me since I had no way to get rid of the older unit. I'm glad I found Pro Solutions as they will now be my go to Plumbing solution going forward and they should be yours as well. read more

My in-laws had a blocked kitchen sink on a Saturday, I called and Jerry came out later that morning, unclogged it, gave us preventative measures to take in the future and guaranteed his work for 90 days. Very knowledgeable and helpful person. Punctual and answered calls and text quickly. Highly recommend this company. Very happy

Jerry at Pro Solutions Plumbing is by far the best plumber I have ever worked with. He is very responsive, his service calls are quick when other plumbers will tell you they'll be there in few days, if they respond to you at all. We've had broken water pipe, and he showed up within hour to fix it. He installed our tankless water heater, and he's always there to troubleshoot and answer your questions. I text him with other plumbing questions, and he responds with text immediately. I would highly recommend Jerry for any plumbing issues. read more

I called Pro Solutions Plumbing this morning and they sent someone out in the afternoon. I had water leaking from my garage ceiling and wasn't sure where it was coming from. Turns out I had a leaky toilet in my upstairs bathroom. Diego quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. He was very professional. When he finished the job, he checked to make sure everything was fixed and the leak was repaired. Plumbing repairs can be costly, but Pro Solutions' prices are very fair and they offer a senior discount. This was not the first time I used Pro Solutions, and they will continue to be the one I call for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Pro Solutions for the good work. read more

Jerry was patient with the numerous questions I had. He recommended a leak detection company after seeing my photos since it was a slab leak. Once he received the results from the company, we scheduled a re-pipe. When he and his partner arrived, they worked quickly and cleaned up. Jerry showed me what work was done and provided some tips. No hard-selling anything (ex. water softener, whole house re-pipe) which a previous plumber has tried. read more
