So grateful that we've had Jerry's help and used Pro Solutions twice now for our plumbing needs. Both times were A+ experiences and I'll be continuing to use them for all of my plumbing tasks as they come up. A few years ago I used Pro Solutions and Jerry came out for a water pressure issue that impacted our sinks and shower. Jerry was thoughtful and a good communicator on the issue. He fixed the issue immediately and that experience stuck with us. Fast forward to this week, we used them again. Thankfully, no emergencies but I had one toilet needing a tweak and needed hardware changed in one of my bathrooms for the shower and sink that was long overdue. Even though my request wasn't an emergency, Jerry offered to come out within hours of my request to fix everything and was communicative even late into the night (when my toilet started acting up so I frantically messaged them) talk about stellar availability and service. Next day I had Jerry at my door, he was punctual, professional and did a great job of explaining everything so that I could understand what needed to be done, the pricing, and options for the replacement pieces. It was all a seamless and easy process. Jerry was also quick and efficient which was another bonus. What gives this company extra brownie points in my books though is their honesty...To elaborate, I had partially fixed the issue with my toilet before Jerry came but there was still something slightly off about the water levels... after telling Jerry he was able to tweak the part that I didn't know how to fix and literally in seconds, he had the issue resolved. Given what a quick fix it was and that he was already out to help with other plumbing issues, he didn't charge me for the toilet fix. Little things like that go a long way because any other plumber would've likely charged me just for even touching it/assessing it. That shows me that they care about their long-term business and customers, so they aren't out to make a quick buck. Honest, hardworking people are the kind of businesses I'll always go back to for repairs and projects. Two separate experiences and I was a happy customer both times. I've had Pro Solutions out two times now, first to replace a shower valve cartridge, and later to replace a shower drain flange. Both times they did quality work at a reasonable price. For the drain, I had another company tell me that it might be a big job requiring cutting open the wall. I'm glad I subsequently reached out to Pro Solutions, because they figured out that only the drain flange needed to be replaced, and with a lot of effort they were able to get it unstuck. We live in Camarillo in the middle of the neighborhood that severely damaged by the Mountain fire. While our house was spared for the most part, our pool sustained quite a bit of damage. We needed to have our pool drained and acid bathed before refilling. I contacted Pro Solutions to see if they could help us with our clean out trap as this was the only way the county would allow pools with soot and ash to be drained. Jerry returned my call immediately and made a quick appointment. He and his coworker spent a great deal of time finding our clean out trap. It had apparently been buried by a former landscaper. Jerry made a second appointment, modified the trap, and ensured it was completely accessible for our pool company to use to drain our pool. Jerry and his crew has helped us a few time since with plumbing needs. He is always very responsive and ensures that all of the work is complete before he leaves. On the positive side, the 2 plumbers that came out from Pro Solutions were able to remove the old vanity completely from the wall in order to get to the valves that needed to be replaced. They did this to make their job much easier, although apparently they didn't need to. On the negative side, they said they couldn't get the vanity out of the bathroom because they couldn't get it around the corner in the hallway. They also said they didn't have parts to complete the job so they needed to run out and pick some up. While they were gone, I tipped the vanity up on it's side and was able to get it outside by myself. They returned and completed the plumbing repair. IT WAS DONE WELL. However, when they closed up the wall, as you can see in the picture, they just placed the wainscoting panel in place, and didn't do any wall repair, which I have since learned no plumber actually does. They could have left it open. So, this review is more of a heads up to let you know to clearly communicate with anyone who comes to do work in your home. One last thing... They took the P-trap with them and it turned out to be a very difficult part to replace due to the age of my home. The happy ending is that our new vanity is in. read more

I am very impressed with Pro Solutions. They installed a brand new Water heater a few months back at a very reasonable price. I normally do not post reviews for these types of jobs until some time has passed to make sure the job will pass the test of time. This was definitely a job well done. Its been 3 + months and the newly installed water heater has performed excellent. Its actually heating better then the previously installed heater ever did. The two plumbers that came out gave me a quick and clear quote. Very straight forward but also very well explained. They were super friendly. Even though they had to source the water heater due to the specific size and specs they were able to turnaround quickly and got it within 12 hours and installed it the very next day.
