My water heater had a leak for some weeks that we only noticed when a full burst occurred. Pablo and his excellent team (Miguel, Jose, and Ricardo) were able to come out the same day I called and got right to work. Pablo noticed that there was significant water damage with a ton of mold, and informed me that it definitely needed to be taken care of ASAP before they could install a new heater - it would be a big problem if we didn't take care of it. They installed a temp heater in the mean time. The temp heater had a manufacturer issue, and Pablo came out after hours on his own time to try to fix the issue, even when I let him know he didn't need to. Really generous of him! After I got the water damage fixed, Pablo sent his team to finish installing the water heater. Once again, they were able to come right away on short notice from me. They finished the job quick and installed all the necessary safety mechanisms. Can't recommend these guys enough. With the recent heavy rains this past week we had water coming in our garage from the backyard. I called around and found Flowtech Drains. Pablo the owner came right out and was the most reasonable and knowledgeable of all our quotes. Without wasting any time his guys started the next day. They installed a new drain line to the street with multiple water entry points. His guys were so nice they put back the pebble pathway and bricks that were dug up and cleaned up everything else left behind. The new pipe they put down is a lot stronger than what you buy at Home Depot so it will last a long time plus they glued the pipe ends together to prevent roots.
