Had a drainage issue in my kitchen sink for the last 3 years and wanted to make sure it was fixed before Thanksgiving this year. I called and speak to Lou on Friday to fix my water heater. He told me that the water heater parts place would not be open till Monday and therefore to wait till Monday to get it repaired. He asked me to take pictures of the unit so he can order the parts on Monday. I took pictures and sent them to him on Saturday. I got no response. On Monday I called several times and left messages. Best plumbers on the planet!!!!!!! I had a pipe in my kitchen break & called this company to come out & look @ the problem. They were able to come out the following day & did give me a cost for diagnoses. I think it was $85 & well worth every penny of that! Lou & his son Justin are the best! It was a bummer I had a pipe break, but the good thing is that I now have an awesome plumber for all my future plumbing needs. They take such pride in what they do and go the extra mile (even did stucco repair around the pipe on the exterior wall of my kitchen). They did some other plumbing jobs at my house (installed a new rain fall shower head & fixed a toilet that was uneven & rocked, re-routed a water line for my ice maker, had to go through the attic for that). Competent and fairly priced. You rarely get both, and sometimes you get neither. The first time I had them do work at my house they correctly diagnosed and fixed multiple faucet stoppages as caused by resin pellets from my failed water softener, which had mystified the guy my regular plumber sent to my house, who proceeded to randomly fix things that were not broken until I caught on and asked him to leave.
