Fred and his crew at Deluxe Pool are the best! I originally called for an estimate to replaster my pool, but I knew I also needed plumbing work because I had a leak somewhere in the system. Fred was able to give me a plaster estimate over the phone, but he came out personally to evaluate the leak situation. As it turned out, I needed to replace my old copper plumbing lines and reroute them under the brick decking. It was a major job, especially because the concrete beneath the brick was much thicker and harder than expected, requiring significantly more demolition and labor than originally anticipated. What impressed me most was that even though the project took longer and required more work, Fred honored his original quote and never tried to increase the price. That's rare these days. Many contractors would have adjusted the cost once the unexpected challenges were uncovered, but Fred is a man of his word. Once the demolition was complete, everything else went smoothly. Fred was on-site throughout most of the project, supervising the crew, answering questions, and making sure the work was done right. I also upgraded from standard plaster to mini pebble, and the finished pool looks absolutely amazing. On top of that, Fred told me that if any issues come up down the road, all I have to do is call and he'll take care of them right away. Professional, honest, reliable, and stands behind his work. I highly recommend Fred and Deluxe Pool to anyone looking for pool remodeling, replastering, or plumbing repairs. Thanks, Fred! read more

I had a fantastic experience working with Deluxe Pool! My wife and I wanted to have a wall built in our front yard, and they did an amazing job. Throughout the process Fred was very direct and clear. He gave me a quote on the spot which was very nice and not something every contractor does. When it came time to do the work I was seriously impressed with the team. They worked super fast and efficient and everyone from the crew to the Foreman to Fred was very kind and professional. Fred also visited the site and supported his crew making sure everything ran smoothly. The final product came out amazing and we were thrilled with the end result. I would love to work with them in the future and have high confidence they'll keep doing a great job. read more

Fred and his team were great and we are so happy with our pool. I have an original inground pool from the 50s that needed a facelift. Fred came out the same day I requested a quote and gave me a competitive price compared to others. Once I signed the contract, the team started work right away and my new pool was done a week later-just wow! Fred was very responsive during the entire project, went above and beyond and even came up with cool ideas to enhance the pool remodel/look. Would highly recommend! read more

Farid and his team did a great job. From start to finish there was great communication: I found him on social media and looked up his reviews. He came to my home and inspected my pool and gave me an estimate and a timeframe from start to when the job would be completed. My wife and I added some concrete work to our job. His guys were true professionals, they arrived promptly, worked hard and diligently cleaned up after themselves each day. At the end the pool came out great and we love how it looks. I hired Fred and his team to do some hardscaping and build a block wall for me.. A friend recommended him, they were great, he always answered my calls or texts, his price was fair they finished the whole project in under 3 weeks, which i thought would take much longer, they did a nice and clean job, will definitely use him in the future for my other projects read more

5 stars. Highly recommend. Everything was perfect. Fred responded quickly to my quote request and got someone to my property within a day. Jose came out and gave a very competitive price. When I told him it was competitive, but not the lowest I found, he dropped his price even more to match competitors. Cheapest price did not mean bad work, because Jose was awesome with great attention to detail. Replaced my old lawn with brand new grass and fixed/adjusted sprinkler system to make everything perfect. He encountered some unexpected issues with sprinklers, and spent a lot of extra time fixing it, but only let me pay for additional parts, but wouldn't accept my offer to pay more for his extra time/labor! Looks beautiful now and couldn't imagine a better experience for a job like this. Will definitely be keeping in my contacts for potential future landscape/hardscape jobs on my property. read more

The price was fair and the timing was amazing. I've never seen such a quick turnaround before. Fred made great suggestions for colors and design. He recommended micro pebbles which look great. First let me say, they never did any work for me, so that ratings has nothing to do with the quality of their work. I'm not surprised to see they only have 20 reviews. I responded to an ad I saw online and left my phone number to get a call back for an estimate. They called me back this morning, asked where I lived and said, perfect. Then, he proceeded to tell me to take pictures of my pool and give him the measurements and he would give me an estimate. I said, You want me to measure the pool? Thank you never mind. Apparently they're not really interested in pool replastering only if you have additional work to do. The funny thing is, I have a lot of other work to do (concrete, coping, etc), but he'll never know about it, because he couldn't make the time to come here and see what I need. If he's not willing to come here and earn my business, why would he come here if there were a problem? I'll call someone who actually wants to provide real service. read more

Hiring Deluxe Pool was one of the best decisions we could have ever made as a homeowner. I searched on Yelp, Nextdoor, and in local Facebook groups for a pool contractor. I interviewed 6 different companies in person, looked up all of their licenses and reviews, and it was ultimately a very easy decision to hire Fred. He was the only contractor who truly seemed honest with us from the start. He never pushed us to do anything we didn't want to do, but always made sure to give really good tips and suggestions and reasoning for all of them. He honored every request we had during construction, made sure we were comfortable with the project, made sure his team cleaned up after themselves, and paid very close attention to every detail. It is a very big deal to recommend a contractor to anyone because you never want anyone to be upset with you if something goes wrong, but I have given his information out to all of my friends and family who need a pool or any other kind of contractor work and have no concerns. 100% would recommend, we love our pool and are so happy to have found Fred. read more

Amazing! Fred, Steve, the entire team at Deluxe Pool. We had a bad experience with another contractor, but this team fully restored our faith and trust. They are THE ONLY contractors we will use for all of our future construction. They don't cut corners just to get the job done; they build everything with QUALITY and care to last a lifetime. I truly wish I would have found them sooner so that I could have also had my house done by them, too. Seriously, the backyard looks like a resort, and we are still not done adding to it. Can't wait to work with them again and have them do the front yard, as well. Also, they have immaculate taste and give you genuine input and treat your home as if it were their own. read more

This review is on behalf of my parents as they are not internet savvy... My father was stressed out trying to find a different contractors to remodel our backyard. We wanted to remodel our pool, spa, outdoor lighting, raised Concrete patio with a custom fire pit and bench, Drainage and landscaping...... First off contractors for some reason have a hard time  showing up for appointments, then it takes them forever to give u a bid with a clear description of what they're going to do.... We spoke to 6-7 different contractors for different parts of the job, some gave us timing of 2-4 weeks out, and we would've had to deal with 3 different contractors which was very frustrating and confusing, some of them had to start the job, then wait  for the others to come do their part then they would come back and finish over a month and a half we met with different people and the pricing was all over the place..... We kept asking around and nothing.... Then we saw a sign at a new construction project 2 blocks away and the description covered all the things we wanted to do including landscaping..... That's when we met Benny and Fred the owners of Deluxe pool we sat for a few hours went over everything, met up a few days later to go over details, and they said they would finish the house they were working on in about 2 weeks, long story short everything worked out perfect, we even ended up doing our front landscaping and artificial turf with them after the backyard was done, not only we saved ourselves some money and time but we delt with one company for everything, they communicated with us every step of the way the project was completed in 5 weeks thank you guys, you're an amazing team. 7 stars read more

When we moved into our new house in January my fiancé and I knew we had a lot of work to do to the pool and hardscape. The existing pool was cracked and the hardscape needed to be completely re-done. I interviewed several contractors. A key factor was whether they could complete the work in time for our wedding over Memorial Day. Several backed out. Ben and Fred said they could do it and that they wouldn't leave until they got it done. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. They showed up every day early, sometimes with twenty people. They looked after every detail. They put their heart and soul into their work. They cared about the end product. They were responsive. Their work was absolutely impeccable. And you could not find nicer, more easy going contractors if you tried. Despite substantial doubts expressed by many, they finished on time with room to spare and the wedding went off without a hitch. Moreover, we made friends for life. read more
