Ivan patiently consulted us on every available material: concrete, stamping, coloring, and many styles from different providers of concrete pavers. None really resonated with our vision. After a month of research we ended up selecting clay pavers for their traditional look and lasting quality. The problem was that no contractor in our area would even consider working with clay pavers. Initially Ivan also refused but with some prodding he actually agreed to install clay pavers and did an amazing job. The team would start consistently punctually at 7 am and worked full days. Ivan, the owner, would work on the job 100%, including operating the equipment and setting the pavers. The site was kept reasonably clean and the process was well organized. We love the results. Our house became the model for the street as a first house with pavers. Many people complimented on the improvements and expressed the desire to contract with Ivan's Masonry. They also handled paver repairs along the way and made sure the finished work met our standards. Joe is a real pro, very communicative throughout the project, and even called to check in on days when he was not on site with his team. I try to find a time to reschedule (there's no emergency here thankfully) and he says it's 1000 dollars plus the repair to come on a Sunday. 4. Says photos will be taken down like in the past. Clearly this isn't the first time. There are a lot of companies to choose from please pick someone else.

I was dealing with a serious water loss issue in my pool and had already called two other companies. The "adu calculator " then says I need a phone Turns out this is just another contractor using slimy tricks. I got a call from this company. I told them about the the adu calculator issue. They said it was a problem with the website. I asked what the costs are for a basic ADU. She said "around $100K". Then she said it would be around $250K. I said what do you get for $100K. She said "nothing ". I asked why she threw out that number. She gave me a bunch of excuses like that she hadn't worked there long or she was unauthorized to give numbers. Either way this is just another contractor rather than a legit ADU calculator and they likely have no interest in actually giving objective real world estimates Stay away from them!

Their scope of work was extensive: they redid all of the pool plumbing, installed a new pool light, added grounding copper wires for safety, and upgraded our pool pump. Additionally, they addressed permit requirements by replacing our side gates, which shows how thorough and compliant they are with local codes. One of the biggest transformations was removing all the old concrete around the pool and replacing it with beautiful pavers--this alone gave our backyard a whole new look. The patio looks fantastic and the irrigation has been working perfectly. Joseph came out to give us the quote and was our main point of contact throughout. He's responsive over text, which we appreciated. He wasn't on site most days himself, but his crew did solid work and were friendly guys. They happened to be working through a heat wave, and it was grueling, but they always seemed to be in great spirits. The project did take longer than expected, and we had to follow up and check in at times to keep things moving. They're clearly in demand.
