We have not felt like we could open our back doors when company was over due to the lack of an exciting and entertaining space for 15 years. Top notch and would highly recommend! I am so glad to have found Baccaro pools. I was looking for someone to replace our pool skimmer and was in a bit of a rush bc we were also replacing our deck at the same time. My main objective was to get the skimmer done before we were set to pour concrete. Thankfully Tony was able to fit us in and had his guys come first thing Monday morning. What I appreciated about the entire process was the constant communication and follow up that Tony provided. Even though our job was not a big project or would take only a day or two he was onsite checking to see how things were going and keeping me informed. He also kindly included a fix for our pool coping that was not part of the skimmer replacement but he went ahead and did it anyways because he wanted to make sure we were happy. I am really happy with the end result. His workers were respectful, paid attention to the details, and did not rush through the job. They also cleaned up after themselves when they finished. Tony's rate was also reasonable compared to others that I had called. He had the best pricing amongst those the other quotes I got. I appreciated that because he was not trying to price gouge me even knowing we were short on time. Other people I called were taking advantage seeing how little time I had. I called Tony a couple days ago just for a pool heater quote. I called multiple companies before stumbling across Baccaro Pools and boy am I happy I did. Tony beat all other quotes. Our pool system is over 30 years old. It started to have issues several years ago. I received estimates to have the whole system replaced. The estimate was about $7000. 2 years ago, it went up to $11000. And now almost $16000. The system finally stopped working. I called Baccaro Pools on Tuesday. Owner Tony came over next day and told me there is no need to replace the whole system. He recommended to replace filter, pump and valves. The quote is $4100 including parts and labor. Yesterday Keith stopped by and checked the specifics and completed the job this morning. Their service is top notch, honest, very efficient and high quality. I can't recommend enough. Update: I'm happy to update that the pool project was successfully completed. It did take 13 months, but Tony and his foreman Oscar did respond back to us and make sure the job was done, which I appreciate despite the hiccups along the way. My elderly parents then hired them again in good faith to pour concrete over the back filled pool. They did this project in a timely and efficient matter. This is how a business should be ran. You call. They call you back promptly and they set up the best time for the customer. Then, they show up exactly at the time they say they will show up. I was having issues with my less than 1 year old pool equipment and was not getting anywhere with the pool builder. I took it upon myself to look for the most reputable pool equipment service companies on Yelp and Google. I called 3 different businesses and Baccaro Pools was the only business to call me back. I was in contact with the representative from the company and the appointment was scheduled. The rep left me feeling very confident that he could get the job done. He showed up on time for our appointment and within 2 minutes of he had figured out why my electricity bill was outrageous. Then started plugging away and correctly programmed my panel. He then showed me why the pump was not working. There was a wire not correctly connected and it became loose. My pool was looking 100 times better just within the hour he was there. read more

The best service I've had of any company I've ever dealt with. Tony and Keith were very polite and professional. They returned my messages/phone calls promptly. They answered my questions and were very kind. I contacted them to check my heater. It would shut off on its own. Tony sent his field worker, Keith. He kept me updated on his ETA and was able to get my heater running again with only a minor repair that he kindly included in the service call. He showed me exactly what was wrong and what he did. As a first time pool owner I was completely lost trying to understand my in ground pool system. After receiving a recommendation to contact Baccaro Pools I scheduled them to come out and help me understand what I'm working with here. When they arrived they fixed the clog in my pool pump, installed a new pressure gauge, and showed me how everything works and told me what I will need for optimal performance in the future. The second they see your email-they show up to the house to check on your pool.
