He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

After searching high and low for someone who services above-ground hot tubs, I finally found High Flow Hot Tub and decided to give them a chance. I then scheduled a full deep clean to get it ready to use. Once again he showed up on time and finished the job spectacularly and quickly. We had a prior design for a pool that Jerry and his family plus'ed up soooo much! His brother and…read morefather created a beautiful rock scape that included a slide and multiple waterfall ponds which worked with the hillside underneath it. Jerry was really great to work with from the pool construction and equipment. The family makes a great team - his brother is very creative while Jerry is very technical focused and the dad is super experienced with both the creative and technical parts of the rock work and pool installation. My husband had a lot of ideas of what he wanted. Jerry listened and incorporated most of the ideas. He had good subcontractors to do the installs of the various pool parts, and he worked well with my landscape contractor who took care of the digging of the pool, drainage, the concrete decking and retraining walls. Jerry was always there early, waiting for city inspectors to come and helped me with my many questions and tile choices. Besides the rock work, we also had a swim lane installed, pool cover and diving board (yes, we were able to get a diving board pass LADBS). He was also very reasonably priced for all of it! When I first met Jerry, he had a couple of stories where it took years to get the pool installed - I didn't want ours to become one of those stories, but due to other non-pool-related factors (including finding mold in our house which diverted our attention away from the backyard), our install took 3 years, BUT it came out great. AND Jerry stuck with us the entire time. I can't believe that I don't have better pictures of the pool, but I will have to add some when I get a chance. I highly recommend Jerry and this company if you are doing a pool and have some rock work too (although I think Jerry can just do a pool too). They really are a wonderful family and company to work with!

The owner, Sam, came across as a little full of himself. He did perform some "repairs," but he did…read morenot fix the leak I originally hired him to repair. In fact, the repairs he performed did not appear to even be necessary. When I contacted him to let him know the hot tub was still leaking, he offered to return and locate the leak; but wanted to charge me an additional $289/hour to do so. Considering that fixing the leak was the reason I hired him in the first place, I found that price ridiculous. I gave Sam an opportunity to make the situation right; he declined. His defensive response to my concerns only reinforced my impression that he was more interested in the money and defending himself than resolving the problem for his customer. The difference with the new company I hired has been night and day. They were far more professional and actually fixed the leak for a fraction of what Sam quoted me. They also seemed genuinely interested in solving the problem rather than simply running up the bill. I rarely post reviews, but I felt this experience deserved an honest one. Based on my experience, I would not use Sam's services again. Consumer beware.

If you need a candid, no-nonsense, and knowledgeable person for pool service, Marco Giuliano is…read moreyour man. A week ago, I was looking for pool equipment service and repair and found Marco. He came out to assess the issue and determined there were two things (pipe leak and pool heater requiring service) that needed service and/or repair. He explained he could repair the leak but not the heater due to the complexity involved . Instead, he preferred to pass and have someone who can take care of both so that I don't have deal with two parties and be able to get a price break if one person/company handled the job. I was pleasantly surprised. Next, he suggested a trustworthy, local (for me) company in Arcadia he'd like to refer and will send me the information. Within 10-15 minutes, I get a text from him sharing that he made a call to the owner, described the issues found, and confirmed they can handle both. All I needed to do was call and schedule the service. All of it was done within a week. I would've gladly given Marco the job simply based on one thing - Putting the client's best interest in mind FIRST. That is rare to come by nowadays based on the companies I've dealt with in the last few months. Regardless, I wouldn't have able to get this done within a week if it weren't for Marco's first-class service and connections. I was impressed by Marco's professionalism, candidness, and simplicity of communicating with him. He was not only knowledgeable about anything pool-related but also resourceful as demonstrated in working with the company he recommended. Therefore, if you have any pool-related needs, you need to reach out to Marco. You won't regret it! He can either do it or refer you to someone who can!
