Although I had to continue reaching out to him and pushing to have him address the issues, he has finally remedied a portion of the concrete problem. In an attempt to remedy the problem himself, he sprayed a sealant onto the raised bond beam portion of the back yard; unfortunately, it made the issue worse. After attempts to remove the sealant, it was determined that it could not be removed. Fernando finally hired an external company to grind down the concrete and apply a new concrete layer to a knock-down finish (See photos). Unfortunately, he will not refinish the rest of the concrete that his company poured throughout my backyard, but at least he addressed the portion that he attempted to fix. That said, I commend Fernando for attempting to remedy the problem, and I do not harbor any ill will towards him or his company. That said, moving forward, I will make sure to get a signed contract with a manufacturer's defect clause for any future construction jobs I plan in the future.

That level of communication gave me real peace of mind. I'm extremely grateful for the quality of work they've done on my home. To be honest, at one point I seriously considered filling the pool in with dirt and figuring something else out. I'm so glad I didn't. The end result is a beautiful pool with a brand-new deck, and I truly couldn't be happier. A huge thank-you to Jose, Leticia, all the Antonios, and the rest of the crew. Choose wisely when you redo your pool. Jerry's company was the cheapest and now I am seeing why. Now I have to get my pool re-plastered after only having the pool for five months. I also tried to water pressure my cement three times and those spots are still there. Horrible. Please stay clear from this company . If you want a job that's cheap and a horrible job experience, choose them. If you want a job done right though, please go elsewhere. I hope I saved someone from the headaches. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. Response: What a liar . When I asked you if the startup was easy, you said it was. All I had to do was follow the instructions you provided . Those instructions I asked for numerous times btw. I asked if I should get a professional or if you had anyone in mind when we were on the phone. You said you would get back to me but said it was pretty simple and I just needed to follow the instructions to the tee, which I did . I never got a response back if you had anyone in mind and that's when I had to text you for the instructions, which you finally provided. I also know there was another customer of yours that went through the same thing. You were always hard to get a hold of and had to ask you numerous times on which day and time you or your crew would show up. Also, you remodeled my pool in February, finished the job February 7th, water was filled by February 8th. I notified you about the problem on February 28th. So, I have no idea where you get eight months from. It was DAYS that I notified you of the problem, not eight months. Just goes to show you how unorganized and unaware you are . Plus, it's July and I'm doing this yelp review , that's five months . I have the text messages to prove it . Also, you never addressed the other problems your company created. The damages to my cement that hasn't come out. So, no you do not provide your customers with professionalism, quality work or honest service . Stop trying to put a show on for yelp. If any customer wants to know more please message me and I can provide more information and the text messages between Jerry and I. Again stay way from this company at all costs.

What we liked most about David he helped us and gave us visionof the type of pool we wanted. He gave us more for a very reasonable price than any other contractor. With the other Contractors we would have gotten a very basic cement pool with maybe one light. David has been doing pools for 27 years and him and his team is really outstanding on what they do. David works with 2 companies for tile and stone out in Anaheim at Npt. We did not mind going out their to look at tiles and stone it was a great experience to take tile samples and see how they are in different lighting. We also had David do small stone planter around the pool area that matches the back of the pool and also adds additional seating which came out amazing. David and his team helped to cement in our whole back yard and also put in a patio as well.
