They have a staff of young people and it was like a social outing. They were barely working as opposed to sharing stories, laughing, and socializing. I stood back quietly and simply observed. I didn't see anyone in charge providing direction / instruction. There was no evidence of oversight. Which explains the store's overall condition. When I was ready to check out I had to find someone to assist me. Yet another example of poor management. Hopefully they can reverse this trend.

But, they are making it very hard for people who want to donate to them anymore! First, they used to have trucks be able to come to your house and pick up stuff but they no longer do that at least in my area anymore. So, instead of having the other charities's truck come and pick it up easily for me, I drove for about 40 minutes each way to the store to drop it off. says that donation drop off is until 8 PM. After driving all the way here, there is no one in the back to receive, and when I went into the store, the manager says he won't take it. He knows the recording is wrong and therefore should've taken it after I drove all that way. It's like no good deed goes unpunished! So annoyed

I found one small trinket item that was tagged 3.99. When I went to the front to pay the lady says in an aggressive tone "no this isn't our pricing, we have to get it priced" I asked if we could come back another day when it is priced to purchase it and she said "yea no" the other employee said that the store recently took it out of the boxes. Considering the prices on other items I think they just choose to overprice for the donations they receive.
